I had some dry skin patches problem for same I was taking the treatment. My Dr prescribed me to use Mometasone Furoate cream for dry patches on my skin. But while travelling in a flight I felt my whole face was drying up severly so I applied it on my face around 5-6 time (after applying my moisturizer first ) on same day. Beside that I ate very-very spice food on that day. It was so much spicy that it brought blood in my nasals.
Used mebhydrolin,cetrizine,fexofenadine, for prophylexis,got result but no complete recovery. Taking mometasone masal spray, got result, but not complete respite. How to get rid of it?
I used mometasone furoate (a topical steroid cream) last night (for the first and ONLY time) on the base of my penis due to a minor skin allergy. Additionally, my wife and I are currently trying to conceive. When my dermatologist gave me the prescription for the mometasone furoate she knew I was trying to conceive and said it was OK to use.
t know where. The bumps are ITCHY and tend to be in tight little circles, some what like acne. I am using a prescription cream all mometasone furoate cream which has little effect. Any advice appreciated.
Having been on Advair for one year, I now have "frogs" in throat which causes me - a singer - to lose
my voice when singing low notes. The Advair was discontinued and I am now on Symbicort which, I am afraid, is causing the same problem. Is there a simple "home remedy" for this problem?

I must inform you about the fact that I have been regularly using Melacare for the past 3 years and I read from few articles on the net that , prolonged application of mometasone creams can lead to skin atrophy since memetasone is a steroid. Now my question what can I apply to reverse this skin atrophy condition or will this actually self-heal the natural way ? would be very grateful to you if you would let me know at the earliest possible time. Thank you.
At the beginning of this year I was given Hydroquinone USP 4% skin bleaching cream and Mometasone furate cream USP 0.1%. I returned for a follow up and was then prescribed Acanya Clindmycin Phosphate and benzoyl peroxide gel 1.2 and 2.5% to apply in the morning. Also was given Atralin Tretinon gel 0.05 to apply in the evenings. It's working but only seems to mask or treat the problem. I want to be cured and free of using creams by curing this. Is this not possible Dr. Kaur?

I have been having redness on my penis for years ( i would say 2-3 years). I have never really paid to much attention because it never hurt, burn, hitch, nothing. what i see is redness and some red spots which come out if i get an erection.
i then decided to go to see a doctor few months ago. He prescribed first NYSTATIN AND TRIAMCINOLONE ACETONIDE which i used for 2 weeks without any result, then he prescribed MOMETASONE FUROATE 0.1% which made the situation worse.
( is there any good skin product that really does work at getting rid of acne, dark spots, bit still make your skin smooth?? Btw I have sensitive skin && some acne products make my skin dry :( please help?
I get it on my chest, back and face I have went to a derm since I was 18 but it never seemed to really help and I felt like since my acne was mild they never really cared. When I get acne it lasts for multiple weeks or months which is why its so agonizing especially cause afterwards I am left with post acne marks that can last up to a year. It has totally messed up my self confidence and has made me totally insecure.
Since a few months, I have started getting boils all over the body. I have been already applying Mometasone Cream...but not having any effect. The boils are very itchy, infact my entire body is itchy. I take anti-allergic tablets to reduce itch but do not want to make it a habit. So, I do not take those tablets every day. My skin is extremely dry so I even massage with olive oil every day. The boils are filled with blood...no pus. Sometimes they dry up but flares up again quickly.
A dermatologist would probably use mometasone creme for a very short duration (five days) but needs to be prescribed, especially since the child is very young.Calamine is a home remedy for application but to the non-hairy zone.

I've recently went to a doctor because of a possible hemorrhoid problem. The skin around the anus was also red. He prescripted me a meconazole nitrate 2%-hydrocortizone 1% cream for the rash but I don't see it getting better! And do believe me this is much more annoying than the hemorrhoids themselves as I cannot freely move, go to the toilet or even touch it!
The whole area is red with a pale red line in the middle of it!
A common treatment for cystic acne is Isotretinoin, which cures most acne in about 90% of patients. In sever cases a course of oral antibiotics are also recommended.

Sorry I'm just now getting back to you. I'm sorry I would need to know more information. What did the doctor say that they are? It's really hard for me to make an educated statement based on that information.
I applied Mupirocin ointment externally and given antibiotic Amoxycillin for 5 days on advise of a general doctor, no improvement. Now I applying Mometasone furoate USP ointment and giving anti allergic tonic Avil since 7 days on advice of one dermatologist but till now no improvement found. Should he continue with the same medicines? What may be the cause of such symptom? Please advice with good medication.
