I'm a 20 year old woman with no serious health troubles. But unfortunately I've developed two very peculiar looking stria just above my bust area. They are slightly indented and pretty much red in color and in one of the striae a blood vein is also visible. At first when I discovered them I though they were stretch marks but my family physician said they weren't and in fact prescribed Elocon ointment to apply on the affected areas.

My problems started in 2016 november. I began using Mometasone (Elocon 0.1%) intermittently for 1 year, 'cos there was two, 2-3 mm sized red patch on my glans. A half of a year later suddenly the half area of my glans became red (in 2017 autumn). Then I continously used Elocon for more half of a year, six days per months. Summa 40..50 days i think.
About 8 weeks after i began to develope a rash and a week after it appeared i went to the dr and he prescribed me Mometasone furoate 0.1% (Elocon) for dermatits atopic. Two days after using the cream and i applied some to my pubic region( not scrotum) i noticed that i had a small white bump on my scrotum. I initially tried popping it and it wouldnt pop. After numerous more tried it did not really pop but looked more like the skin broke on the bottom of the bump.
I used mometasone furoate (a topical steroid cream) last night (for the first and ONLY time) on the base of my penis due to a minor skin allergy. Additionally, my wife and I are currently trying to conceive. When my dermatologist gave me the prescription for the mometasone furoate she knew I was trying to conceive and said it was OK to use.
Used mebhydrolin,cetrizine,fexofenadine, for prophylexis,got result but no complete recovery. Taking mometasone masal spray, got result, but not complete respite. How to get rid of it?

*Anal Warts: Internal and external. Appeared 5 years ago, and no longer symptomatic. However, I was treated by many multiple electro-cauteries (burning) and freezing. I suspect that the many treatments would have left my anal skin much more fragile.
It seems that the scratching from the psoriasis provokes the herpes.
I had posted here before about a different condition, but I noticed something the other day that concerned me a little. I noticed that there was some redness on my scrotum and a slight burning sensation. I had been in a thermal pool the day earlier, so I thought it might be something like contact dermatitis. I went to the doctor he prescribed mometasone furoate cream. I haven't noticed any burning sensation as I had earlier this week but the redness has remained.
Presenting this ailment to my physician, he diagnosed hives, prescribing Loratidine (Generic Claritin) 10 mg once daily, and Mometasone (Generic Elocon) .1% cream for once daily application. I am not sure of the effectiveness of the cream, but I believe the antihistamine has eliminated the symptoms, although I had to go to 20 mg per day to get control. My questions are: Why would this reaction occur deeply under the skin of my palms and fingers and nowhere else? Is it really hives?
But my doctor prescribed me to apply mometasone furoate and fusidic acid cream twice a day for 3 days and no moisturizer with a Cafadroxil Tablet. I am bit worried about the dryness and healing part. Over all my skin type is oily. But till now what I have heard after a laser resurfacing moisturizer is must. Please help and let me knw that is use of mometasone furoate and fusidic acid cream is good fpr post laser resurfacing treatment without moisturizer??????
I then went to a dematologist and he suggested that clobetasol is too strong and prescribed mometasone. After more than two months, the mometasone has not made any difference.
Can someone Id it from the picture and suggest alternate methods to treat it?
The only thing that worked to clear hers up was elocon (or generic name mometesone) It was VERY irritated by water. Even now that she got it cleared up she never submerges her hands in water without gloves. So, I'm no doctor, but I'd try to keep her hands as dry as possible and try some elocon (I do believe this is a prescription, though) Good luck! Hope that poor lil princess is back to 100% soon!
There is no redness or irritation, however the area has become darker which I am guessing is due the constant scratching. It will also tingle at times. I did get a prescription for Elocon ointment which I try to use regularly but I do forget some days.
There is never any sun exposed to the area.
Any help would be appreciated.
She gave me Elocon Cream (Mometasone Furoate 0.1%) for 2 weeks 5 days a week, and keep using the moisturizer plus use a saline solution to clean the penis...
It seemed to work the first 3 days, the skin went back to its normal color, after that the itchiness and red color and dry skin went back, and the itchiness is really bad... also this burning sensation that I feel if I touch my penis...

For the past few months, every time I drink, I get very itchy and I end up with eczema on my back, thigh, the right side of my stomach, and under my armpit on the side.
I have always had sensitive skin and a belt buckle rash that comes and goes...same with the eczema on my thigh. That has been diagnosed in the past as eczema and I've usually just been given elocon until it goes away.
Now, however, out of nowhere, drinking suddenly makes it much worse.
about 2 weeks ago I began to feel a burning sensation in the scrotum. I have been tested for STI's and all results were negative. Since then I have used Elocon and Aristocort cream as well as Canesten. None have cleared the rash. In the last two days I have developed sensitivity in my testicles particularly my left, when sitting. I have been referred to a dermatologist, however I am quite concerned and am worried this might not be the best course of action.

I had some dry skin patches problem for same I was taking the treatment. My Dr prescribed me to use Mometasone Furoate cream for dry patches on my skin. But while travelling in a flight I felt my whole face was drying up severly so I applied it on my face around 5-6 time (after applying my moisturizer first ) on same day. Beside that I ate very-very spice food on that day. It was so much spicy that it brought blood in my nasals.
i was using mometasone furoate cream since 3 years and now i have stopped using it and so now my skin has dried so what should i do to recover my skin?
I saw a new dermatologist who said i had lichen sclerosis and gave me elocon ointment, it cleared up in 2 weeks. Might be worth seeing a dermatologist.
