IM 18 YEARS OLD AND TAKING 5O MG OF ZOLOFT A DAY FOR ANXIETY AND DEPRESSION. ABOUT A WEEK AGO I GOT REALLY DRUNK AND HAVENT FELT THE SAME EVER SINCE. IVE BEEN FEELING REALLY ANXIOUS , I GET REALLY NERVOUS WHEN IM AROUND SOMEONE I START THINKING THAT IM NOT ACTING RIGHT , SOMETIMES I FEEL LIKE IM NOT TALKING RIGHT AND CANT RESPOND RIGHT , I DONT FEEL COMFORTABLE AROUND MY FAMILY ANYMORE. IM WONDERING IF ANYBODY HAS BEEN THROUGH THIS AND IF ITS NORMAL. PLEASE RESPOND A.S.A.

Effexor is most effective for my depression and ADD. Zoloft is most effective for my obsessive thinking, but also makes me very tired. Can I take both at the same time? ( Currectly take Effexor XR 150mg.. Used to take Zoloft 100mg. daily.) If not, is there a different med that can be taken with the Effexor to help control the obsessing?

just got a Rx for Zoloft for postpartum depression. how long before the tramadol is out of my system and it is safe to take the Zoloft?

I've taken Norco and Tramadol before to help with ovarian cysts and other medical issues. But now I find that when my depression becomes unbearable, I tend to turn to opiates as a way to numb it all out vs cutting. I am going through an incredible amount of stress and depression. Now that I'm in my early adult years, I've started to notice the development of symptoms very typical of Bi-polar depression, which I have yet to be diagnosed and treated for, but it explains everything.

Does Tramadol have as much SSRI in it as Zoloft? Does 100mg of Tramadol have as much SSRI as say 50mg of Zoloft? I was taking Tramadol while I was going through Zoloft withdrawal and I'm just wondering if I stunted the healing process of my Zoloft withdrawal. My body and mind still don't feel 100% since quitting Zoloft, but it's definitely getting better.

I have horrible depression and anxiety that causes mood swings, suicidal thoughts and intense anger. Its not bipolar since its not manic and doesn't go up or down.I used to be a heavy pot smoker which kept it under control. Well I smoked after my first son was born and noticed I got heavily addicted to it. (Bitchy without it and fiending it constantly) My doctor prescribed zoloft but I didn't feel any different and didn't change my mood at all.

some here have had that symptom and some have not. It is a wd symp. for both tramadol and zoloft. I got a double wammy.

My step-daughter is on Strattera, Intuniv, and Zoloft. I have heard many things and was wondering if it was normal for her to be on all three?

So many people say NEVER take tramadol and Zoloft together and that they have ended up in the hospital after only taking 200 mg of tramadol while currently taking 100mg or less of Zoloft or another SSRI. Am I just being paranoid? I don't want to chance this syndrome. Please help me......I was never told of safe doses just told by doc if I had any of the symptoms get to the ER ASAP. Why take the chance? That is my feeling.

I've been on Zoloft since may 2013 and my psychiatrist says a glass every now and then shouldn't do any harm. Getting trashed will lol I've always been fine even with a couple of wine glasses so don't worry so much if its just a beer. Then again, everyone's v different so I don't wana giv u the wrong advice.

I was only on Zoloft for a month. I stopped cold turkey because I didn't like how they suppressed my real emotions. It wasn't a problem stopping cold turkey for me. I'm only temporarily using Tramadol to help with my Vicodin withdrawal because I stopped it cold turkey and I'm having very uncomfortable chills as a result and the tramadol is helping a lot. I'm only going to be using Tramadol for a few more days until my body recovers from not having any Vicodin.

Oh dear, I don't know what else to say. I do wish you the best, though. And remember, there are a TON of Dr.'s out there that still don't know about the horrible issues associated with Tramadol. I'm just sharing my experience in the hopes you won't make the same mistake I did with this med. In my book, it's the worst to get off of.. the AD component to this med makes withdrawal 100 times worse.

I am a stay at home mother with three young boys. I have been taking zoloft (100mg daily) for depression for about nine years. The only times I was not taking zoloft is during my second and third pregnancies (and, boy, it was tough). Zoloft has changed my life - and my family's happiness. Just recently I was also diagnosed with ADD. My doc gave me adderall 10mg IR to try.

I am addicted to Tramadol from fribromyalgia pain and I ran out of tram and I had some left over hydro so I took some to help with restless legs and it did work a little, I know its bad but I didnt know what else to do. Hi. I've been on a whole slew of meds for bi-polar none of which have been helpful for combating the depression stages which have escalated recently. My psychiatrist is starting me on Zoloft to help with the somewhat overwhelming depression. However, my research says it can cause Serotonin Syndrome, which can lead to death and that's pretty scary. My psychiatrist says that it's very rare and shouldn't worry about it, but I'm still concerned.
