Yes this can happen. It is called a "missed miscarriage" when the embryo dies without anyone knowing it. When the embryo dies the pregnancy hormone (hCG) will begin to plummet and when this happens the woman will begin to bleed and pass the baby. Some women miscarry right away and others take a few weeks. I don't know if it is healthy to accuse her of abortion if she truly is miscarrying. This will be very difficult for her and she needs your support, not suspicion.
What I am more worried about is that is there a possibility that someone could have put his penis inside my anus during that 10 to 15 seconds without me knowing and therefore put me at risk of contracting HIV / STDs? I am trying to calm myself down by rationalizing that the door had swung open on its own but I cannot seem to shake off my fears. Do I need HIV or STD testing at all for this particular incident? I’m wondering if it’s even possible to suffer for Lupus without knowing because your symptoms are mild enough for you to just power through because life is busy? It feels like at least during flares you’d seek medical help? This is really embarrassing... Yesterday at work I used the restroom and came back to my desk. About 15 minutes later I got up for a meeting and felt wetness! Luckily I had on a liner and it wasn't a whole lot. The thing is, I have no idea when it happened! I didn't sneeze or cough or anything in that time frame.
I actually always had very good muscle tone there. After my first two deliveries, my midwife always commented that my tone was excellent.
t sure at the time if I believed or not but after sitting threw it, he told me things which related to me, however he also told me I had misacarried a baby without knowing, just that I had thought at the time I may have been pregnant but when all symptoms faded away I thought nothing of it. I have had 3 possibly 4 miscarriages and it is tough to go through but without knowing for sure what happened your beating yourself up over nothing. It sounds harsh but you just have to get over it and move on. If you both can't get over it then I would suggest you see a therapist or something like that to help you work through your feelings. Okay, I'm a 21 yo woman. I am a type 1 diabetic since 2005, I was diagnosed with PCOS in 2009. Last year I was put on Provera because I don't have periods. I went on BC about a month ago, because we were having problems with condoms coming off. Right before I started BC I just got off Antibiotics for an infection. Now I'm having an extremely heavy period with tons of clots, bigger than a quarter. If I don't change my tampon at least every hour, I bleed through my clothes.

I miscarried in 2008 at thirteen weeks without knowing I was pregnant. (no symptoms, still was getting my period, so I had no idea what was happening until I got to the hospital) I'm 29+ 5 now and I worry every day that something will go wrong. It's a constant stress to me. Even knowing that my little one is perfectly healthy and that I am too doesn't help much. You just have to have faith that your body is doing the best it possibly can to make sure you both get through this.
