t know what to expect. Like whats the chance of a miscarriage and how can I avoid it. When should I see a doctor. What should I eat. What should I stop doing, etc?

Another question: How long should the bleeding last? I feel like the bleeding is already almost down to nothing, which is odd to me. I'm going back to the doctors on friday, so should I bring that up? Not sure what the normal length of time is. If it's a short amount of bleeding does it mean I didn't expel everything.

Hello ladies, I was hoping someone could give me some advice on what to expect. The babies heartbeat stopped at 7w but I would be 11w tomorrow. Even though the hb stopped, my body kept on going as if everything was ok. I'm scheduled for a D&C Thursday but I may miscarry before then. I don't know what to expect. Will heavy cramps warn me when it's coming? I'm afraid to leave the house for fear it will happen while I'm out or at work. Is there any warning before it happens?

Did you have problems during the pregnancy? Just curious b/c I too had a missed M/C in Dec. followed by a D&C and all they did was run a pathology report on the "tissue" and no other bloodwork.....Just wondering if I should have had more done?????

I really didn't want to have to go down this route but my body just doesn't seem to want to get rid of this poor baby so I'm going to have to. I know the doctor briefly explains what's going to happen but they don't really go into detail and help with what I'll feel afterwards - physically and mentally.

m not sure what to expect. I dont feel any symptoms of miscarriage. No cramping or bleeding. Is it going to be just like another period or will it be longer? I had my last period on April 3rd (which lasted for about 3days,which is normal) and met the Dr on April 14th, which is when I tested positive for pregnancy.On April 19 my miscarriage was confirmed. My period cycle is 30 days long, I had done a home pregnancy test on March 30 and it came back negative.

t sure when to expect it. But the doc said as soon as I was ready to start trying again, to go for it. What are the chances of being pregnant right after miscarrying? Also, One other question. I found out I had a bladder infection while I was pregnant and the doctor prescribed amoxicillin for 5 days, Do you think that could of harmed my pregnancy?

m pretty positive that 3 weeks pregnant but I haven't had the confirmed pregnancy test yet. I've been getting all kinds of symptoms including fatigue, mood swings, bloating, stomach pains (especially after sex), milky white discharge, leg cramps, nausea, loss of appetite, increased appetite, weird cravings, tingling and burning in the vagina after sex and peeing. I've found that these all are because of pregnancy but my period isn't suppose to start until June 7th.

emotionally not well, I have 3 children so this is why I really dont understand, I have heard of miscarriages at first but I am older now to. I tried to go to work Monday and had to leave I hurt to bad and began to bleed more. I cry and think I am ok and then when my husband comes home, I cry all over again.

I was just wondering if any of you have had to do it and if so what to expect. I was told there is to different sedation I can choose from. Both of which I am awake for. One is given by IV and the other is a pill. I fear the noise of the machine and knowing whats coming and being done... And advise would be greatly appreciated... Thanks much to all !!!

Sorry this was so long, hope some of you get something usefull out of it....Last miscarriage i had to FIB FIB FIB to get the doctor to see me....because they dont see until your about 9 weeks and they dont do an ultrasound at those ones either, they only do the physical , and doppler for heart beat. it ***** and i hate it. but i FIBED and made them let me see a doctor. UNfortunatly you all know the outcome, my levels were low and not increasing properly so, i miscarried again....

.I am really not sure what to expect. I am 11 weeks and 4 days pregnant. I started spotting since last Saturday and went for Ultrasound yesterday where the doc confirmed – I have blighted ovum. I am not bleeding heavily still. The doc booked me in for another Ultrasound in 15 days from now i.e. the 23rd of jan. What should are my odds. Is this a terminating pregnancy? Is there Hope? Can there still be a possibility or should I give up and cry my heart out for having lost my 1st child.

I am only 28 weeks 6 days so I am not sure what to expect at your appointment.... I have had 3 ultrasounds , the first was at 14 weeks to figure out my EDD and then one at 22 weeks for the anatomy scan , and due the baby's positioning they couldn't get all their measurements so I had to have my third one at 27 weeks.... I think most people only have 2 unless there are problems.... my mum went her last 2 pregnancies not having a single one.

Turns out other than my LDL being at 134, these are the only things that are off... I am relieved, yet unsure on what to expect. Doc also has put me on the elimination diet to deal with some minor GI issues and overall wellbeing, as she thinks I may be sensitive to dairy and gluten. I was prescribed 50 MCG of Levothyroxine, and it is only day 4. At this point I feel it is a waiting game to see how the meds react to my individual situation.
