I felt a lump and had a diagnostic mamm that showed tissue of both breasts to be heterogeneously dense but no abnormalities seen. Based on the fact that your HCG has risen that sounds promising. It IS possible that you ovulated way late making you not as far along as you would think based on your last period. Hi i had a missed miscarriage in december of 2010 there was no heart beat at 6 weeks and when i went back at 8 weeks the baby still had no heart beat so i went back at week 12 and the baby had stoped developing i had a dnc that same week after having blood work show th miscarriage. I am now 10 weeks and there is still no heartbeat i have no signs of miscarriage and the baby is measuring the amount of weeks i am. Should i be worried?

I just received my results from a diagnostic mammorgram and breast ultrasound. My initial mammorgram showed calcifications and an 8mm focal asymmetry upper outer quadrant. The new test results read: breast tissue has a mildly dense parenchymal pattern. The focal asymmetry in the right upper outer quadrant almost completely thins on additional imaging, likely representing superimposition of benign breast tissue. Ultrasound findings: ultrasound performed from 8-12 o'clock.

I want a 3d ultrasound didn't get one with the first do u have to ask for one or how does it work

Ask for an abdominal MRI. Ultrasounds don't show what you want to know. Don't let a doc brush you off when the ultrasound tech recommends further imaging. Say you want the further imaging.

So an update from me... my HCG levels are raising about 66% but they didn't double so I had my second ultrasound today, at the imaging center this time, instead of my doctors office. So I should have results tomorrow! How is yours progressing glennyT?

I just had my biopsy at an imaging center and they said my doctor must have ordered the wrong test and they did the ultrasound guided biopsy. Does this mean that the imaging center seen something in the ultrasound that was more serious and took the lump out?

after the ultrasound you will so much better:-) I to had a miscarriage before so with my baby now I'm 22 weeks i still worry but when I see it or hear it I'm good.
