We are big time users & my husband's step mom has done a lot of research into this-because our hormones are so different from usual while pregnant when topically applied we are more prone to reactions such as rashes & burning. There's no evidence linked to miscarriage or defects just our own skin irritation.

My son brought home a nasty cough and about after a week i finally contracted it. What medicines, if any, are safe to take during pregnancy? Or any home remedies that truely work. Im 20 weeks pregnant and my stomach hurts from all this coughing.

I would stay away from any type of herbal remedies. There is no regulating, or monitoring of herbs, and when mixed with some medications, can be very dangerous. People hear Herb or Natural and assume they're safe, and they're not.
