m worried about having trouble keeping my pregnancy, ad my mother had some issues with some of her pregnancies. Is there anything I can do to try and prevent a miscarriage? Any and all comments are much appreciated.

Hi ladies. I had 2 miscarriages before and found out quickly this time i am 5 weeks and only have a couple symtoms of fatigue. And very mild nipple sensitivity. I had cramping last week but it has stopped now. My appetite has grown as well. I'm very nervous that I'm doing to have another miscarriage. Or when i get ultrasound in 6 weeks it won't be good news. Does my symptoms seem normal? Even though they aren't rapidly growing?

So excited but still in the danger zone. I had a miscarriage 3 years ago and feel so blessed with twins now. I work full time and all I can do on my time off is sleep. Feeling overwhelmed.

I am appx 5w 2d and I do not have very many symptoms of pregnancy. I had an ultrasound done last week and they saw a sac but said it was too early to see anything else. I feel a bit of fatigue and mild cramping on and (no blood). I had a m/c about 8 months ago so I'm just worried. I feel like I should be experiencing nausea or something. Is it just too early still?

No symptoms can be okay, just as long as you arent having miscarriage symptoms. Try to see a doctor. That will help ease the concern. Hormone levels fluctuate, though, so you might feel fine for a bit, then the nausea and fatigue might return.

With my first I had hardly any symptoms and now have a almost 2 year old boy. This time around my symptoms came about 6 - 7 weeks. Symptoms can be a bit unpredictable and lack of symptoms might not mean anything.

Hi all this is my first time ever posting here, am 6 weeks pregnant and I have had no symptoms.. this is my 2nd pregnancy, had a chemical miscarriage earlier on this year so am soo worried and scared, my first ultrasound is in a week and I dont thnk I cant wait for that week.. Have you had your first OB check yet? I agree it's likely you're fine, but this is one of the first signs of a possible early miscarriage. I've had three healthy pregnancies and two miscarriages and I knew from the beginning that something wasn't "right" with the miscarriages - I just didn't feel pregnant besides feeling a little headachy. Your OB should be able to tell you pretty clearly at this point - Best wishes.

I'm on my 5th pregnancy (3 births one miscarriage in April) and I had no symptoms with the first 2 until morning sickness and with the last one (10 yrs apart) I had no symptoms until I started gaining weight, no morning sickness at all the 3rd time. I think it was either because it was 10 yrs after my previous or because my first 2 were girls and my 3rd a boy so maybe only girls make me sick lol.

It could have been an early miscarriage but without a positive pregnancy test it is hard to know for sure. I would say you could of had a chemical pregnancy but it could also just be some breakthrough bleeding that happens sometimes throughout regular cycles. Good luck!

I'm a 36 year woman who had a miscarriage last March and just found out I'm 4 weeks pregnant. Last march before I lost the baby I didn't really have any symptoms but thus time my breasts are tender, I'm bloated, tired and really gassy. It's nice to feel the symptoms. So before I found out I was pregnant two weeks ago, I craved dumplings, but i don't know, and I haven't really felt any symptoms yet, no pain or bleeding, are there any small symptoms people over looked besides the usual by the book symptoms? So this time I was completely paranoid about total lack of symptoms from week 5 and thought I was going to lose fetus or had suffered a missed miscarriage but I had a scan at 7wk,6day and everything was fine and I saw the heart beat. I suppose I was extra paranoid this time due to a miscarriage in January. I've still not really got symptoms now so I guess I'm just lucky this time round as like I said my pregnancy with Grace was enough to put most people off having another child!

My pregnancy symptoms have persisted and gotten worse since I miscarried almost 2 wks ago. I went to the doctor a week ago for my first ultrasound, but due to a previous miscarriage we were aiming in the dark for a date. The U/S revealed only a yolk sac and I was told to come back in a week. Fast forward to today and my U/S shows a fetal pole that measures to 6wks 1d... And no heartbeat. I am devastated. The nurse urged me to perform a D&C right away saying that it was not a viable pregnancy, but I asked for a second opinion.

When you have a miscarriage do you bleed for the whole day or just for a little and stop .?

So like everyone else I had the extreme fatigue, restless nights, and tenderness. Now for the past 2 days I'm barely tender. I'm around 5 weeks. Not sure if I should worry about this or not. I've had a miscarriage before but never knew I was pregnant then. So my stress level is up.

I know you asked for positive stories, but I wanted to give you the thought that if this one also ends in an early miscarriage, it is time do to some medical tests to find out why this keeps happening. I had two blighted ova, interspersed with healthy pregnancies, so blighted ova aren't all that uncommon. But if you end up with 3 in a row with no full term pregnancies your doc needs to check for things like progesterone. Best wishes.

He said he doesnt know why the home pregnancy test came out positive but theres came out negative so he said they must have been a defect in them. I am so confused. But I have pregnancy symptoms . And my fiance keeps throwing up after he eats and he can't eat certain foods without throwing up and he is craving stuff he hates. So am I pregnant or not?

I totally agree with everything adgal has said, if indeed you have miscarried again, its time to have some tests done, they will probably start off with routine blood tests first, you could simply be low in vit B6 or vit D, that can cause miscarriage, also have a pap done as there is a bacteria that can be in your vagina that can also cause reocurrent miscarriage, it can be a very emotional time, but now is not the time to give up, take the bull by the horns and fight for the baby you deserve :)
