miscarriage

Avatar f tn Hi everyone, I suffered a m/c last month. I was supposed to have been 6 1/2 weeks but scan showed that baby had stopped developing soon after implantation. I bled for 8 days and had mild cramps on day 2. Very smiliar to a heavy period but with clots. HCG level was at 201 when had scan done and dropped to 4 within 10 days. I am desperate to start ttc after I get my normal period which I'm hoping will come next week.
1459828 tn?1287060343 When I was first pregnant I was seriously sick, nothing else, when I was 10 weeks my nausea stopped, at 11 weeks I had a miscarriage, so it can be a bad sign, but my miscarriage was caused by stress, so I wouldn't worry too much. Besides you still have gas and are emotional, so you still have symptoms.
Avatar f tn In the United Kingdom they will only start testing after 3 miscarriage. If you have a 3 miscarriage then the NHS has NO Choice, but to carry out all the investigations for you, It's NHS Policy, that after 3 miscarriages in a row they have to carry out the full investigations. You must go to you're doctor and advise him that your entitled to be investigations now, since you had 3 in a row, he/she cannot refuse you. If this is the case change your doctor.
Avatar n tn Hyperhidrosis may be congenital or an acquired trait. Congenital means you are born with it, while an acquired trait means you are not; the condition is acquired later in life after birth. Hyperhidrosis may be categorized as being the result of an underlying health condition, or with no apparent cause: Primary idiopathic hyperhidrosis - there is no apparent cause. Idiopathic means "of unknown cause". In the majority of cases the hyperhidrosis is localized.
Avatar n tn It sounds like a miscarriage. You would have to go to your Dr. to find out for sure.
Avatar f tn Hi I have some symptoms that are causing me concern. I have an increase in white patches on my skin and after extensively googling as to what it could be I have narrowed it down to vitiligo or morphea which I believe are both caused by autoimmune illness. I don't see my doctor about this until Thursday so that he can know for sure what my skin problem is.
Avatar n tn i had a miscarriage yestoday..had ulturson the dr said that the baby was gone but had some piceses left, if i dont have heavy bleeding she wouldn't need to do abortion but she didn't tell me how long it would take for the pieces to come ou.me and my husband wants to try another asap could someone help me ?? please how long do i need to wait for a new one??
1035252 tn?1427227833 I know the nhs here in the uk is cash strapped as it is, but I think the 3 miscarriage rule stinks before they will test. I lost my first 2 pregnancies, 1 at 16 weeks due to a birth defect, 2nd a 8 weeks, missed miscarriage and my 3rd at 6 weeks a natural miscarriage. Because our first baby was not miscarried we were told you will need to lose another pregnancy before we will consider testing and then it depends on the circumstances.
Avatar f tn m not going to have a baby I feel like I keep letting my partner down.
1643095 tn?1312223769 April this year I miscarried and i had to pass the sac etc via a 5day hospital stay after discovering the foetus had died at 5-6weeks. At the time of the miscarriage I should have been 12 weeks and 3days. So far in the pregnancy I am worrying as last time...the whole time I knew about the pregnancy it had already died...
Avatar m tn I then developed a white coating on my tongue. I attended an NHS clinic in London and had the 4th generation duo test six weeks after exposure, it was negative. I have had no other sexual activity since this incident and have returned to the NHS clinic for a further 4th generation duo test after three months from exposure, this test was again negative. My sporadic prickly heat (intense burning) and rash to parts of my body and white tongue still persist.
Avatar f tn say reasons for concern- If the bleeding is red,if your using 1 pad per hour, cramping, back ache if you were having a miscarriage it doesnt necessarily mean that pregnancy symptoms would disapear (when i had a mc in nov took until jan) But i would defo advise a trip to the ER and just to be safe rather than sorry you can get checked out if your anything like me youll only worry until you do see a doctor. Best of luck hun and im crossing my fingers everythings ok for you.
Avatar f tn m at work and just came back from tge bathroom where I noticed some light spotting of blood. I just had a miscarriage back in May and I was cramping pretty bad last night. I have a Dr appt tomorrow at 10a but am wondering if I should take a trip to the ER tonight to make sure everything is ok?
Avatar n tn Hi I am from the UK but currently live in the US so know how both systems work. I would recommend seeing the specialist privately in the UK. It's usually not too expensive and you can be seen within days. For something like your eyes, this is a good investment believe me. In the US, you can see whoever you want......but believe me also when I tell you the bills are scary. Even with insurance! Don't hate on the NHS just yet.
Avatar n tn Well you're still at a higher risk for miscarriage if you're only 11 weeks and cramping and bleeding are signs if miscarriage..
Avatar m tn thanks for the reply hon, unfortunately things are not much clearer I typed out those symptoms on Monday and it is now Friday. I have had constant medium bleeding (tmi) since then but i got the courage to go to my GP today. Before i went i took a HPT last night and this morning and both showed up positive, faint but more prominent than they were last week. My doctor put me to the nurse for a urine sample which also showed a faint positive.
Avatar f tn No need for testing any further from this exposure. Thats my advice. Your genital sensations seem to be very normal for someone that is hyper aware of the area.
Avatar f tn t tend to get concerned until the 12 month mark, not sure if this is a worldwide community, however I live in the UK and wondered if I could request a fertility test for myself and/or my husband. And would it be i the NHS or would it cost.
3224409 tn?1356206827 Here is information on that... its from NHS UK... as i am in UK... and my doctors are from NHS so obviously i have to go with what they have written here... http://www.nhs.uk/conditions/pregnancy-and-baby/pages/pelvic-pain-pregnant-spd.
Avatar f tn I become worried, on 14 day of my expected exposure I got the result of HIV which I were given in NHS, that was negative, I went back to NHS on 15th  days of my expected explosure and showed my Dr, my rashes she gave me anihestmine tablets for rash, and she toled me to come back for test after six weeks,I was so stress, I stop eating properly, and start thinking I am HIV positive now, all the time I had same thing in my mind.
