I'm 12 weeks and thought I WAS done with vomiting and nasua but today I Feel feverish and nausea all day long I'm worried it mite be an infection. Or a. Start of a miscarriage?!!? Help me!!!

i had brownish discharge in morning so i thought i have started miscarriage since 11:00am i am getting dizzy and getting weird feeling and mostly i feel like vomiting as soon as i get my head up. i have thrown twice or three times since that time and i don't whether its normal during miscarriage. i don't know what to do at this stage. i am feeling really sick all i want to do is lay in bed and not even move my head once. when i vomit i feel good for a while but again i start doing that.

NOTE: This is not for me, this is for a friend. She's 16 and was about a month and a half along in her pregnancy when she had a miscarriage. The miscarriage occurred almost two weeks ago and since about a week ago she's been sick. She's had symptoms such as high fever, bad stomach pains, throwing up, and she feels tired but has trouble falling asleep.

Usually men don't feel sympathy symptoms until closer to the end. It won't cause fever though. Having a fever means your body is fighting off an illness. So it's more likely that he is sick. So sorry for your miscarriage! I had one in 2009 and it was very devastating for me!

Most likely cramping and heavy bleeding. But these symptoms don't always mean miscarriage. At 8 weeks I had slight cramps and heavy bleeding. I went to the ER and heartbeat was strong....how many weeks are you?

My fever broke after two weeks ago & I was dx'd with missed miscarriage last week. Had D&C on 1/8. I'm waiting for placental immunopathology report. My drs suspected fever, bleeding/SCH & mmc all due to abnormally elevated NK cells and activities. So sad that this has happened. I've seen many women running fever, having cold-/flu- like symptoms for weeks during early pregnancy, only to find they lost their babies a couple week after.

Does anyone know what fever is too high for being pregnant? We were at my in laws house and my nephew ended up running a 102.9 while we were there. I'll probably be ok but just in case, I need to know when is too high for me. Thanks!

About two weeks after my first miscarriage I had headaches and fatigue lasting about 4 days. The symptoms were caused by me ovulating. The same symptoms appeared 2 weeks after the first period (the first period after the miscarriage). Perhaps you are ovulating?

But i still had to take strongest pain killers... EPAU told me if i start getting chills, fever, flu like symptoms, nausea or vomiting during anytime during miscarriage i should come to er straight away... Other than tht pains are pretty normal as u r passing tissues... If after bleeding pain is still there or u hve ny other symptoms speak to ur doctor... Take care n keep us posted...

well i had them same symptoms when i was 5 weeks pregnant , the blood was dark brown then went bright red with fleshy bits i went hospital n they took a pregnancy test and it said negative n they told me i had suffered a miscarriage i suggust you go to the hospital asap x

but she is now running 103 fever! She has pains in her upper right belly area....it shoots down to the lower corner, than shoots back up. She also has pains in her back as well. No that sounds like one of the symptoms your meant to report ASAP as could be linked to parts of placenta still being inside. Could be nothing but I had early miscarriage and bits stayed inside after and ended up needing to have an operation like a d & c as i was so ill with symptoms like you describe I was lucky not to get blood poisoning from the infection.

Well, there could be symptoms but mainly 6th sense kicks in. My symptoms just suddenly disappeared and four days before my 12 wk scan i felt a sharp pain with fever that resulted in some of fluid leakage. I had a miscarriage last Thurs, today Sat over a week later my bleeding has stopped (yesterday) but I still have mild cramping. I thought once the bleeding stopped so would the cramping and after reading about infections that can occur I am kind of freaking out.... no other symptoms like discharge or fever though. Ok so I have had very strong pregnancy symptoms untill now. Im 13 weeks 2 days and for the last 3 days I have had no symptoms at all. My boobs are no longer sore, the nausea is gone and Im no longer peeing frequently. Other than being tired I have no syptoms at all. Has anyone else had fever during the beginning of pregnancy. I'm starting my 6th week and have been running a 99.6 fever since last night. In an earlier post I thought it was my allergies but now I'm not sure it is. During my last pregnancy that ended in miscarriage I had a low grade fever one weekend that lasted a couple of days. I would try not to worry about a miscarriage unless their are symptoms leading up to a miscarriage. It is normal to feel cramping throughout pregnancy, You may feel growing pains, round ligament, sciatica nerve pain and braxton hicks. Any cramping accompanied by fever, nausea, vomiting, gush or drip of fluid coming from the vagina or period like menstrual flow should be taken into consideration asap. Try to relax as much as you can, get at least 30 minutes of exercise..
