Common Questions and Answers about Miscarriage symptoms dark blood

I had a very early miscarriage last May-June. I had gotten a positive test and a few days later I started to bleed while vomiting. It was relatively painless and the flow was pretty much the same as a period, just a little heavier. Not long after my symptoms started to dan style = 'background-color: #dae8f4'>isan>appear (I vomit and have constant nausea while pregnant so that was a 100% indicator it was a man style = 'background-color: #dae8f4'>isan>carriage) and blood work confirmed my levels dropping.
For about 3-4 days later i was bleeding, it wasnt too heavy but when i went for a wee a lot of dark red blood clots came out. I am hoping to ttc again soon. Hope than style = 'background-color: #dae8f4'>isan> helps.
When my period was due on October 25th it came on time but I had unusual symptoms. I usually have cramps when I start my period but than style = 'background-color: #dae8f4'>isan> time I was in severe pain for about 1 hour and then I began bleeding heavily. I actually passed out from what was happening. I have never experienced anything like than style = 'background-color: #dae8f4'>isan> before. So i called my doctor and she said I must have had a cyst or something and I should only call back if the bleeding doesn't lighten up.
I too am sorry for your loss. For me, a D & C was necessary to be sure that all of the "tan style = 'background-color: #dae8f4'>isan>sue" left my uterus. My last man style = 'background-color: #dae8f4'>isan>carriage was considerd a 'man style = 'background-color: #dae8f4'>isan>sed man style = 'background-color: #dae8f4'>isan>carriage' (which just means that the baby died at around 6-7 wks but was not dan style = 'background-color: #dae8f4'>isan>covered until around 10 weeks. I hemorrhaged profusely and dangerously. Than style = 'background-color: #dae8f4'>isan> an style = 'background-color: #dae8f4'>isan> not typical!! So, for me, I needed to have medical supervan style = 'background-color: #dae8f4'>isan>ion. Even in than style = 'background-color: #dae8f4'>isan> last case, I had to pass "the tan style = 'background-color: #dae8f4'>isan>sue" but...I was monitored and medicated.
I bled for 4 days with small clots and then spotted for 2 days after that. My periods are usually a lot heavier and longer. I still have pregnancy symptoms, sore breasts, nausea, and very emotional. My question an style = 'background-color: #dae8f4'>isan>, could I still be pregnant after bleeding with small clots? Should I be examined after a chemical pregnancy?
I began bleeding 3 days ago~dark brown blood that an style = 'background-color: #dae8f4'>isan> a bit more that what would be considered spotting. I've had 2 ultrasounds that showed a fetal heartbeat and a pelvic exam at the hospital 2 days ago that showed my cervix was closed at the time. The bleeding an style = 'background-color: #dae8f4'>isan> still there and i can feel my uterus contracting off and on. They called it a threatened man style = 'background-color: #dae8f4'>isan>carriage. Has anyone experienced any of these symptoms and gone on to deliver a healthy baby.
I'm wondering if the light spotting I had the one time today and the ease in pregnancy symptoms could be a sign of early miscarriage? I am still sensitive to smells, and my boobs are sore, I'm also gaggy and can't handle to eat certain things. Just not nearly as sick as I've been. I've had some dull cramping (in my back as well) but nothing bothersome, I can just feel it. I'm worried and I need some insight.
I had many symptoms of being pregnant, late period, cravings, sickness, fatigue etc. I always have similar and regular periods so than style = 'background-color: #dae8f4'>isan> was strange for us. I had stomach pains and back pains that were incredibly painful and then I started to bleed, it was not a normal period in my eyes... It was heavy painful and a lot of lining was dan style = 'background-color: #dae8f4'>isan>charged... Than style = 'background-color: #dae8f4'>isan> worried me and I looked up the symptoms of a man style = 'background-color: #dae8f4'>isan>carriage. My boyfriend suggested I seek medical attention which was most definitely necessary.
They classified me as having a threatened man style = 'background-color: #dae8f4'>isan>carriage and I am to go back tomorrow for a follow up blood test. I had no more red blood yesterday - just some dark brown specs (I took than style = 'background-color: #dae8f4'>isan> for results from the pelvic exam and vaginal ultrasound). Last night I had more burning cramps (mosltly on the left and some back) and today I saw a dark red clot then some more brown blood. am I right to just assume I am having a man style = 'background-color: #dae8f4'>isan>carriage or an style = 'background-color: #dae8f4'>isan> there any other cause for these symptoms as well.
Not to scare u but with my first man style = 'background-color: #dae8f4'>isan>carriage I only experienced dark brown spotting for a couple days no actual red blood flowing no cramping and did not pass any tan style = 'background-color: #dae8f4'>isan>sues. Just as a precaution u should calk your Dr and see what they have to say about it.
So, went in than style = 'background-color: #dae8f4'>isan> morning for blood work and an ultrasound. Despite having 2 embies transferred, there was no viable pregnancy confirmed. I thought I mourned the loss enough Saturday because I knew in my heart it was over.... but actually hearing them say it was just reopening a wound. I'm so angry right now. Why give someone a BFP only to take it away? Why get hopes up only to be lost? Why me? What did I do? What didn't I do? I know than style = 'background-color: #dae8f4'>isan> an style = 'background-color: #dae8f4'>isan> just a part of life and life will go on.
c the edd and things like that.. yes i had dark blood clots but today it was a blood clot but it looked whitan style = 'background-color: #dae8f4'>isan>h not dark red thats y i thought it was the placenta not sure.. i am thinking to wait til after first af comes b.c im just terrified and not sure you know.
So i have woke up all night cramping pretty bad but only on my left side... finally want to sleep and over again while up covered in dark(almost brown) blood.. still no clots... at 14 weeks i was diagnosed with placenta pervia & fluid build up in my uterus and cervix..at er... don't have Dr yet...
Dark brown, thick blood an style = 'background-color: #dae8f4'>isan> old blood. Sometimes blood stays in the uterus for a few days, and when it comes out it an style = 'background-color: #dae8f4'>isan> brown. Think about how a bloodstain on clothing looks after a few days -- it does not stay bright red. If associated with severe cramping, than style = 'background-color: #dae8f4'>isan> brown blood may be a sign that the cervical opening an style = 'background-color: #dae8f4'>isan> too narrow, preventing free flow of menstrual blood; the blood sits in the uterus for a while, until contractions of the uterus push it out.
Then yesterday i started losing pinky red blood along with what felt like period pains which got worse and from last night i have been bleeding very very heavy and losing dark clots. I'm obviously having a miscarriage at 5 weeks. Thing an style = 'background-color: #dae8f4'>isan> i hadn't contacted my doctor yet about being pregnant and don't know what to do now. Not sure if i'll need a D and C at all. I wouldn't have thought i would as i was only 5 weeks. Can anyone advan style = 'background-color: #dae8f4'>isan>e me!
I have been bleeding menstrually for over three weeks. The blood has and still an style = 'background-color: #dae8f4'>isan> bright red. The last two days I have experienced sharp painful cramping with passing large amounts of bright red clots. an style = 'background-color: #dae8f4'>isan> than style = 'background-color: #dae8f4'>isan> a sign of a man style = 'background-color: #dae8f4'>isan>carriage, and if not, should I go to an ER?
25, the results came up positive. I woke up on Dec 1st and when i went to the bathroom, a small amount of blood came out. I bled yesterday and a blood clot came out about the size of a quarter. I called my doctor, and now they're doing blood test. I was wondering if than style = 'background-color: #dae8f4'>isan> could maybe be implantation bleeding or if its too late for that. Than style = 'background-color: #dae8f4'>isan> would be my second man style = 'background-color: #dae8f4'>isan>carriage in a year...I'm just hoping its not!
spotting and intermittent symptoms, or no symptoms can be totally normal.. also they dye on the preg tests can vary from test to test , so i've been told (since i'm a totaly POaS addict) to not pay much attention to the darkeness of it, since it could just be a lighter amount of dye in that one test! i'd still go see your doctor though, for at least peace of mind!!! GOD LUCK and your in my prayers!
I have been having all the preg symptoms than style = 'background-color: #dae8f4'>isan> past couple weeks. Never got a BFP though.. anyway, I woke up and found than style = 'background-color: #dae8f4'>isan> blood, its dark and extremely heavy and I have consan style = 'background-color: #dae8f4'>isan>tant cramping that will not stop. My doctore wants me to come in immediately.....does anyone know if I could have been preggers and not known and than style = 'background-color: #dae8f4'>isan> an style = 'background-color: #dae8f4'>isan> a man style = 'background-color: #dae8f4'>isan>carriage?
I got pregnant 7 years after my last child was born, 7 years after my husband had been "fixed". (Yes, it was han style = 'background-color: #dae8f4'>isan>.) I went in for my first ultrasound at 5.5 weeks and they saw the sac, but no heart beat. Not rare at that gestation, but they did a couple of follow up HCG levels to make sure the levels were going up. They were. So at 9.4 weeks I went in for another ultrasound. There was a sac, but no baby, and of course, no heartbeat. :( My doctor said there were two options.
The gestational sac measured a big bigger than the baby so that an style = 'background-color: #dae8f4'>isan>n't proman style = 'background-color: #dae8f4'>isan>ing at all. Right now, it still looks like man style = 'background-color: #dae8f4'>isan>sed miscarriage because of than style = 'background-color: #dae8f4'>isan> fact. I have an appointment next Tuesday morning where I'll be given another ultrasound to see if anything has changed. If baby has grown, or heartbeat detected, then great - but it;s unlikely than style = 'background-color: #dae8f4'>isan> will be the case, and I will/have been preparing myself for than style = 'background-color: #dae8f4'>isan> fact.
The thing worrying me which I didn't even consider at the moment was either Sunday or Monday (a couple of days ago) I went to the bathroom and when I wiped there was like a dan style = 'background-color: #dae8f4'>isan>charge/mucus (which had happened before and I know it an style = 'background-color: #dae8f4'>isan> normal to dan style = 'background-color: #dae8f4'>isan>charge) but I remember a little something dark in it can't remember exact color. I didn't have any symptoms or pain or blood. I am considered 5 weeks and I know you can man style = 'background-color: #dae8f4'>isan>carry without any symptoms.. I'm afraid and my doc's appt an style = 'background-color: #dae8f4'>isan>n't until Friday..
I started the pill again, and i started my period the day i was supposed to, but on the second day, i passed a long, stringy, grey-an style = 'background-color: #dae8f4'>isan>h piece of tan style = 'background-color: #dae8f4'>isan>sue that i have never seen anything like before! It was kind of firm in the center with dark blood around it... TMI, sry... Im really worried it was a man style = 'background-color: #dae8f4'>isan>carriage, so i took another pregnancy test right away because the levels of hgc stay for awhile even after a m/c.. still negative. So..
Im only 6w 1d pregnant and Ive been bleeding dark & light red with little amount of cloting, its been doin it for hours!! i am currently 8w6d. I have a blood clot and they said its going away. I went to the hospital about a week ago and they said I have a uti.. and now im spotting as of 10 mins ago... am I possibly man style = 'background-color: #dae8f4'>isan>carrying??? What should I do??? Please help!! any advice greatly appreciated!
I am sorry about your miscarriage. When I man style = 'background-color: #dae8f4'>isan>carried, my doc kept testing blood until levels were under 5. If your doc didn't follow you down to that low level (200 an style = 'background-color: #dae8f4'>isan>n't enough) it an style = 'background-color: #dae8f4'>isan> hard to say what the an style = 'background-color: #dae8f4'>isan>sue an style = 'background-color: #dae8f4'>isan>. My levels went down fairly quickly and four weeks later I WaS pregnant! Further testing will make it clear for you, hopefully Good luck!
