miscarriage pregnancy test

My perod is due on the 9th of this month. I took a pregnancy test today ( I know it is so stupid and early) but I couldn't wait..... My question is did anybody take a test 6 days before the period and tested negative and then took it on the day you got your period and tested positive... Please let me know!!

I had a miscarriage on 2/22 and my HCG level is still at 10 as of April 8. I did a urine test at the dr's office same day on April 8 with negative result. Today, 4/13 I did a home pregnancy test and it's positive. What's this mean? is there a difference from the urine test given at the lab and urine test at home?

I had a miscarriage in November and I did a test yesterday and it was a very faint positive and my mate said she can see a very faint line i did a test 12 o'clock and I think I can see a faint line but I keep thinking its abit grey then I think its pink lol my period due tomorrow should i take another test today but in the afternoon or wait for tomorrow morning if i can lol

last week i did a home pregnancy test and it was positive and then i went to the clinic and they didi it and it came negative then i went again the next day again and it was negative again, what probabilities is there is that i might be pregnant?

Obviously start trying again when you are ready but there are some great stats out there showing that pregnancy is easier to come about AND less complications/miscarriage after a miscarriage. Again I am so sorry for your loss!

I had a blood test done at 12DPO, I am now 14DPO the receptionist just said that all the doctor wrote was that the test was equlivant and he wants me to test in 3 more days, but I couldn't wait and I tested today it was positive, my period is due tomorrow so happy to get a positive before it was missed. Ok, so, my mom made me take a pregnancy test today and it said negative but this isnt my first pregnancy..all my other pregnancies all had negative results even with blood but no one would run an ultrasound so i lost those babies...this time it said negative. s possible that you had a miscarriage but women do sometimes have bleeding during pregnancy and all is fine. So, really . . . you need to talk to your doctor and have a little blood work done. Let us know how it turns out!

My boyfriend suggested I seek medical attention which was most definitely necessary. I did.. They took a urine sample and did a pregnancy test on it. They looked over all my symptoms and just told me my test was negative so I was fine... I am a young woman and how I saw it was that they didn't believe how I was feeling and may of thought I didn't understand but I'm very clued up on things and to me my body isn't right.

Not for awhile, they say after a miscarriage it could take a month or so before you get a negative test. You should wait awhile.

Unless it was a really early miscarriage, the results should still be positive for a short time, at least on a sensitive test. However, if the miscarriage was more of a "chemical pregnancy" (i.e., one that began but then ended almost before a period was missed) it might not continue to show up on a home test for more than a day or so.

I had unprotected sex on june 8th 2013 i am on birth control and even took the morning after pill, on June 27 i was suppose to start my period and i had just started spotting on June 24th so that friday i took a pregnancy test it was postive and then i went to the doctors and took a urine test and it said positive they told me since i had two positive that a blood test really isnt necessary.
