I normally have 29 day cycles and started bleeding this morning at 46 days. I took a dollar store pregnancy test over a week ago and it had come back negative. I'm not sure if the test was accurate or not. Last night I had sex with my boyfriend again and afterwards got very light cramping, but didn't think much of it. I woke up early this morning with light spotting and cramps. I went back to sleep and then woke up again with heavy bleeding and strong cramps.

The first thing I would do if you were my patient, is a pregnancy test. Urine pregnancy tests are very accurate these days. Either scenario is possible--it could be your period, or a very early miscarriage. The pregnancy test will help you sort it out.

I stopped taking my birth control a month ago I should have had my period last Friday and it's Sunday I took couple of pregnancy tests and saw a faint line on all of them this morning I started to spot , I'm not sure if I'm pregnant or not or did I have a miscarriage ? Should I call my doctor ?
I would still consider yourself pregnant, it wasnt heavy enough for a miscarriage, even an early miscarriage the bleeding would be as heavy or a little heavier than your period, this to me sounds as if you had a small period like bleed around the time your period was due, due to hormone levels, not high enough to stop a small break through bleed but high enough to keep the pregnancy viable, good luck
Hello my husband and I are trying to conceive. We have been trying for 2 months. My late period was Aug 23-27 and this mouth ones I didn't get my period. My husband and I went to go buy a pregnancy test 2 came inside the box. They both were positive two lines for positive even if one is light then the other one. so when my results were done both were positive. But 9 days after my missed period I started to bleed like it was my period.

Yesterday while taking my little sister to her soccer camp I started bleeding wasn't heavy or anything I went to the bathroom and had what looked like like grains of sand but still bloody coming out of me. I had one clot and that was all within a hour and the clot wasn't very big. I've been TTC with my fiancé for a while now and recently went through a miscarriage in early May.
About a week ago I had trouble sleeping most of the night due to what I thought were severe stomach cramps and lower back pain. However, I eventually got to sleep but awoke to severe bleeding. It was heavier than any period I have ever had, two weeks too early for my period and had several large clots in it. well today i had a cramp and then i started bleeding medium,, not real heavy but not real like kind of in the middle,,,, me and my boyfriend are scared that is may be a miscarriage but we arent sure,, my period is also suppose to be really soon too so we dont know and my mom wont take me to the doctor until we give it another day or two but we are too scared to wait...any specific advice on if its a miscarriage or not?
I should have got my period on or around March 5th or 6th. On March 7th was my physical, I told my PCP that I was late. When he did my pap he said I would likely start my period that night. I had a tinge of blood probably caused by the pap but no period. My pap came back normal.

My period is has always been pretty normal, heavy for only 2 days and lasts for 5-6 days, and my breasts are usually sore right before I start. This time though my breasts were not sore and I am having heavy bleeding for 4-5 days now with larger than normal clots. Last night I was in the shower and something in my lower stomach felt like it ripped? (no pain though) and a huge clot came out (sorry eww) followed by a steady flow of bright red blood. It freaked me out!
am i considered as have had a miscarriage or still not yet???? and when should i expecting my normal period? doctor told me that the previous bleeding is not a normal period?!
