Avatar f tn Hey, I concur. I would call your doctor. Severe bleeding during first trimester can turn out to be nothing but you want to rule out ectopic pregnancy or miscarriage. I sincerely hope it isn't either of those and don't think it is but both of those can have the symptom of bleeding with clots. https://www.medicinenet.com/pregnancy_bleeding_during_the_first_trimester/article.htm#how_much_bleeding_is_normal_during_pregnancy Give us an update soon!

Avatar f tn Anytime you heavily bleed during pregnancy it needs to be seen, in early pregnancy it could be a miscarriage, or it could be something much less serious, but it needs to get checked into! Good luck!
Avatar f tn m only 5 weeks and during Implantation I had cramps too almost like gassy feeling cramps and expanding twinges. Your fine unless you end up bleeding a lot which would be a miscarriage. Up until 5 days ago I still had cramps don't worry its normal, also feeling tired and bloated is normal.
Avatar f tn Can you get you period during your first month of pregnancy? I think I did but it was lighter than normal and it didn't last as long as normal..
1432632 tn?1283369405 I agree with smjmekg, it doesn't matter how big he is as long as you're not told not to. It might not be very comfortable, though, as the cervix is more sensitive and changes some. I recommend using a lubricant if it's uncomfortable as that seems to ease the penis past the cervix. I don't have any medical basis for my recommendation, though, just my opinion and experience.
971577 tn?1304711266 Ok thanks. I had some bleeding during the last pregnancy where I miscarried but it hasn't been the same with this pregnancy. It's mainly just been spotting around the time of my period.
Avatar f tn Could be decidual bleeding it not harmful to or the baby.
1693539 tn?1306928922 Okay, I know some bleeding during early pregnancy can be normal, but I am curious has anyone ever gone threw this. Here is a little history.. I got a BFP on 5/11 nothing about this pregnancy has been normal. They have been retesting my beta hcg leves since then and they go as follows 5/11 - 43, 5/13 - 194, 5/16 - 1,276, 5/23 - 15,049 and 5/26 - 29,228. There is no question that my levels are going up like they should.
Avatar f tn Implantation Bleeding. This is caused, in the very early stages of pregnancy, by the egg implanting itself into the wall of the uterus. Because it occurs around the same time as you might have had your period, this makes it hard to distinguish between the two causes. Hormonal or 'Breakthrough' Bleeding. You might expect your pregnancy hormones to overwhelm your normal hormonal cycle but this doesn't always happen.
Avatar n tn Is the bleeding a bright red colour or is it similar to what a period would look like? Usually cramping and bleeding are a sign of a miscarriage, but not always.
Avatar f tn You can have decidual bleeding during pregnancy that occurs around the time you would expect a period. However, this isn't a period. During menstruation the uterine lining is completely shed, meaning any embryo that was implanted would also be shed causing a miscarriage.
