8628441 tn?1399127208 Definitely sounds like it's the cut that is bleeding. If your baby looks good and has a strong heartbeat you should be fine. Honestly any time anyone goes to the hospital with any bleeding they say it's threatened miscarriage. Just call your dr whenever you can and tell her what happened.
1499174 tn?1327231194 well today im going to be getting a memorial tattoo for my angel baby. i cant wait just one more to add to my collection. it shoudnt be a memorial tattoo it should be another tattoo of a footprint to join the rest of my childrens.
Avatar n tn I started a miscarriage on May 8th, I bled until May 10th and my hormone level was down to less that 2 by May 15th. I kept waiting to start my period back up so I could start my pills again and then we could start trying again in a few months. My husband and I had unprotected sex around Memorial Day and I still have not started. I did a preg test on June 26th and it came back positive. Question is: Could that one time been enough time to get preg again?

Avatar f tn It is very sad for all those experiencing a miscarriage. I am 42 and this was a blessing for us. No one explained to me what would happen with a natural miscarriage. I thought it was the better choice for my body and hopes of getting pregnant again. It was a nightmare I feel I am still in. I had contractions early in the morning and began to bleed very large clots. The first visit to the bathroom my 9 1/2 week baby was in my toilet looking right at me. I woke my husband and he put it in a box.
Avatar n tn t matter at the end because my little one ended up leaving me by miscarriage. I know that everything happens for a reason and that It would've been difficult carring for a baby "caused by abuse and assault," but you'll always wonder what they looked like for who they would've became. Seeing pregnant woman really pulls on my heartstrings too. I am happy for them but I wish I could be pregnant too. Is there anything that makes this better? What can I do to remember the loss?
Avatar f tn Women who have miscarriages at that early of a stage can't really tell what the baby looks like, and there are many things a woman can do with the baby, depending on where she is during the miscarriage. I had a miscarriage at around 6 weeks as well. I didn't get a D&C at the hospital though, they gave me the option of a D&C, misoprostol, or going home and letting my body do it on it's own. I chose the misoprostol pill just to be sure that it got everything out.
4235497 tn?1356982472 I'm having my babes service tomorrow and we decided for closed casket. I hate to see my husband family putting pictures on facebook after my misscariage so tomorrow I'm the only one that I'm going to see my babe.
773214 tn?1295135069 That is beautiful!! I have a little poem too! I ordered a Baby Tears Memorial Necklace from labelldame . com and it came with a poem card that read... Baby Tears We never heard your first tiny cry, never wiped the teardrops from your eyes. And though our hearts grieve, and we are bereft we carry your teardrops, they are all we have left... We carry them with us, tucked next to our heart your memory with us always, we are never apart.
Avatar f tn But anyways, there were two things that I did that helped me cope, as silly as they may sound I made a memorial book for the baby and a few months later named the baby (I wish I had of done it sooner). Putting a name to the oh so real person that I was mourning really helped. I named my baby Nelly Lawrence, because I didn't know the sex I wanted something that could be used for either a boy or a girl. I hope this helps.
773214 tn?1295135069 To all of those who have experienced a miscarriage...thought this would be something for you. It's a Youtube video to raise awareness of Pregnancy Loss remembrance day. It's a tear-jerker, and I will tell you, my loss was in February and it still made me cry. It is beautiful though. If you decide not to watch it, please consider lighting a candle for your little ones on October 15th at 7pm your time.
Avatar f tn So.today's memorial day and it makes me soo sad. i miss my grandpa soo much , everyday i cry my eyes.out like he passed the.other day or.something except thia December it will be 6 years. idk why.it doesn't get any easier for me he was my best friend and i miss him soo much it makes my heart hurt. :-/ i found.out i was pregnant with my first son a year to the day he.died and it was sooo hard to not have him around . Ughh sorry im being a sap i just don't know what to do.
Avatar f tn i dont know why doctors count from the lmp, they should know not everyone has the perfect cycle, and not everyone ovulates the same day each month, and my doctor even told me yesterday that women are actually pregnant for 10 months, because of the added weeks from counting from the lmp. but to my calculations i concieved around memorial day weekend.
Avatar f tn We found out this morning that we are having a miscarriage so I'm all torn up but things happen for a reason
1296282 tn?1274730090 We went through quite an emtional ride with our first that ended up in a miscarriage. We later found out I have MTHFR and so I feel positive about this cycle since we know what to do. I didn't have many eggs last cycle and none to freeze so this time, they have doubled up my drugs and we skipped the birth control. Good luck!

551343 tn?1506830518 I hope all my buddies in the states have a good Memorial Day. A day to honor the men and women of the united states Armed Forces who have sacrificed their lives for the freedom of others. I would like to think of all OUR armed forces today too in the UK. Without them we would not be HERE supporting each other or living in a free society. God bless to them all.
4515626 tn?1369854914 happy memorial day to all hope you all have a great day and remember to thank a vet for their service or remember those who have fallen
Avatar m tn Here in Australia we have ANZAC day on 25th April to HONOUR our soldiers that have have fought in the Boer War in the 1800s to the present day,ANZAC stands for Australian,New Zealand Army Corps. We have parades where our returned servicemen march down the main Rds of our cities the general public line the streets cheering them for all their sacrifices keeping us the free country we are today.
Avatar m tn Memorial Day holiday this week end. The start of summer and a holiday of beaches and bar b ques. Its also a good holiday to remember that we have boots on the ground throughout the entire world. Its a very poignant holiday for me. My own brother was shot on Memorial Day of '67. And a close friend failed to return alive from a mission with me in '69. These are only two little examples of sacrifices that were made so that you might do whatever you chose this weekend.
Avatar m tn On this Memorial Day I want to thank all of the past men and women of all branches of our military forces for protecting my freedoms and rights through their previous service and personal sacrifices that resulted in my living in a free country. I want to thank the brave young men and women who are from among the best of us and are currently defending our freedoms around the world as I write this.
229538 tn?1300377767 I would like to thank all my fellow veterans on this Memorial Day . Thank you for your service ! And I want to do a poll of who all are vets in here . Have a wonderful day !

Avatar f tn Took a pregnancy test Memorial Day Weekend, with a positive result and had my first visit with the nurse practitioner yesterday, as well as vaginal ultrasound. I should say, from the START of finding out, something told me something wasn't right. I didn't "feel" as I expected to feel and a week after the test started spotting. My dr didn't seem super concerned yesterday, but I was when the ultrasound tech didn't seem to see much at all!
Avatar f tn My Dr is awesome! it's the "womens health care center of Houston" at Memorial Hermann hospital in memorial city-across from memorial city mall. It's an awesome hospital with really awesome staff. =) My Dr is Dr Todd Holt.
