I feel better and am actually now 5wks 3 days pregnant!! Anyway my point is that yes you can
gain weight from going through all this. But i would not worry about it right now. You will be able to lose it after you have a baby!! Some exercise can't hurt, like walking and light stuff, but I understand your feelings of not wanting to over do it. And your goal right now is to have a baby, not have a great body. Good luck!
