Hi, I am so, so sorry for you. I'm about 3 weeks past my miscarriage. I went in for a routine ultrasound at 16 weeks and there was no heartbeat. I had absolutely no idea as I had no bleeding or anything. But my pregnancy symptoms did subside during the week my baby was no longer alive. My doctor gave me Misoprostol, I was supposed to take it for 4 nights (inserted vaginally, 8 tiny pills) and then I was scheduled for a D&C monday morning.

I know how you feel, i had a healthy baby boy in 2015, 2nd pregnancy ended in a missed miscarriage at our 13 week scan in March this year. (We had previously heard babys heartbeat at 8 weeks) and it was absolutely heartbreaking. I am now pregnant for the 3rd time and have been so nervous since finding out. I am 16 weeks and it was so good to hear baby still had a heartbeat at our 13 week scan. I still have so many moments of worry and anxiety.

We are in the same boat. I had/have symptoms and have a negative 16 week test. There is so much confusion over these blood tests, I don't think I will ever know for sure if I have this or not. Who knows if they are correct, it seems as if there are so many variables. If I beleive the tests then I date and be with whoever I want and not put anyone at risk....why can't I believe that.

The ultra sound showed that the baby fits 13 week although I am week 16. Does that means he died week 13 or that he stopped developed week 13 and could die even after? How long it takes the body to do a natural m/c if I wait ? Can it takes months? Any info would be more than greatly appreciated. Thank you so much.

I got pregnant at 16, just turned 17 in August. People shouldn't be judgemental..weather they think it's the truth or not. Don't stress it! You get judged weather you're 14-15-16 ect. -_- I know Because i was 16 an people where judgemental, age don't matter. When you have sex is when you feel ready. Piont blank. I'm proud of you for being mature with your decision of doing the best you can..and seeing that your one of the young ones that care about your baby!

This test is done 7 days after ovalation, so lets say you have a regular 30 day cycle, u would normallly ovalate on day 15 or 16, so u count 7 days from day 16, which makes it 23 days, which is a week before ur period, so this would be the best day to test. They test this by taking a blood test and the test costs about £50. Another good test to have is a test to check for blood clotting.

I am 16 years old, i recently just found out i was about a week pregnant. To be specific, here's what's happening. i got my period on may 4th, 2010. went to the ER for lower back pain on the 5th, and that's the day i found out i was pregnant. I just left the doctor I had to get more blood drawn she told me that my beta score from 2 days ago was a 9… she said some labs wouldn't even consider that being pregnant… and I'm week late on my period.. So, about three weeks ago I had my period which lasted for over two weeks but then I had it again a week later (it was a period from Hell...) And now I'm crying for no reason, massive headaches, mood swings, exhaustion, and possibly cramps (I can never tell the difference between cramps and stomache pains...) Is something broken in there? I heard the heartbeat and saw the baby on ultrasound all the way to the 12 week checkup. Went for 16 week checkup and no heartbeat found. went in hospital and tried the pills to help you misscarry and it didnt work. they made me get a d & c. After the d & c was done they said the got the placenta but found no fetus. they searched elsewhere just in case and found none. what happened to it?

After I was done bleeding (about 3 weeks) I had my normal period the following week. After my first normal cycle, I went on birth control pills to help regulate and to make sure I waited the recommended 3 months for my body to heal properly. I stopped the birth control in August and had normal 29-30 day cycles since then. Never missed a cycle and it was ALWAYS regular 29-30 days. My last period was Dec 6th and I started my period again last night!?? That would be a 24 day cycle?
