How early are you? If it's to early for them to tell then it would be to early for them to do anything about it. Believe me I have had 4 early miscarriages and 2 late. If your bleeding turns into period bleeding then most likely it's a miscarriage. Depending on how early your are you wouldn't have to go in if this happens. Assuming your in your first month.

Hi,I really hope everything is fine with you.But yes M/C can also happen without bleeding or anything else...I was pregnant in 2007 feb and had to undergo D&C coz i had a missed m/c.There was no bleeding no pain nothing but all the pregnancy symptoms were gone..Like Sore BBs,nausea and all..Doc.said the baby had no heartbeat after week 9 and we came to know about this at week 13..so almost 1 month over but i had no pains no bleeding... I had brown blood... I didn't have any cramps no pain anything and I was having a miscarriage.. not to scare u but thats my experience with brown blood.

Everyone is different. I got mine three weeks after the bleeding stopped from my miscarriage. But my doctor said anything up to two months is normal.

I'm 5W1D & been bleeding for 3 days. No cramps,No blood clots and Not too heavy of bleeding. Its normal bleeding.

Are you cramping at all? With you being that early its possibly implantation bleeding. If there is intense pain and you're filling a pad in a few hours time I'd call the doctor, otherwise drink some water and put your feet up and relax!

Came home for work and a burst of dark red blood with some clotting. Continued to bleed fluid red for fifteen mins or so. Had been bloated for weeks and felt no pain from this. Had sex that morning. I'm 9 weeks started bleeding vaignally very heavy Sunday. Went to e.r. they did an ultra sound saw the baby had a perfect heart beat bleeding wasn't coming from the baby they were sure where though. I have a small cyst on my ovaries but they couldn't determine source and sent me home. My regular doctor saw me the next day and did an ultrasound although I did not see the baby on the screen this time just a blur.

I had a misscarriage at 9 weeks and it was large clots and extreme pain. I also had one at maybe 4/5 weeks no pain no clots jut usual period type bleeding. My doctor said as I was only a few weeks in everything was so small that there wouldn't be much to pass.

I mc when i was 5 weekks .. no pain no nothing only a little blood and cramps.

This morning I passed a couple of more. no pain. the bleeding is watery and red and still no pain. What do you think?

t worry to much about it because that happened to me a few times and my doctor told me as long as the bleeding stopped and there is no pain in my abdomen area I was ok.

I did have this pain like cramps but weren't sereve,and I did get some clots but only one time and then next time I went to the bathroom it was turning pink for some reason,haha.

I had bleeding only when I wiped and no pain at all went to hospital saw yok sac then few days later bleeding still only when I wiped I lost a clot witch was baby all the time this happend never once got cramp or filled a pad

Pains that come with bleeding are something to be worried about but you said there is no bleeding. If your pain continues or gets worse, you start bleeding and expelling blood clots go to the emergency room. Pregnancy tests will show positive for weeks after a miscarriage so they are not reliable to detect a failed pregnancy.

They told me it was normal to have cramps i was so scared because i had a miscarriage but that pain was no cramping i was actually having contractions they would come and go and everytime i had a contraction i would bleed like crazy..

Thanks ladies. The bleeding has pretty much stopped at about 3 hours later. I don't have pain so I'm just going to follow the doctor / nurse advice. I did have a very minor cramping but it could also just be that I'm so worried about everything that my stomach was hurting.
