I'm 7weeks and noticed some vaginal bleeding today. Small amount when I wipe, and I have slight cramping. I do have cramping that comes and goes which is accompanied by spotting at times. Is this something I should be worrying about?

A small amount of bleeding or spotting can be normal in pregnancy. If it continues to get heavier and your having lots of cramps I would go see your doctor! I had spotting once but it was after sex and more pink than red. Regardless I would talk to your doctor and request an early dating ultrasound!

Yesterday I had cramping and this evening I have started bleeding. Have any of you experienced this in your early pregnancy? I'm 5weeks 4 days. Hoping it's not a miscarriage! Will be calling the doctor in the morning.

Today after I had sex I began bleeding, it was quite dark red and when I wiped there was a fair amount of it. 2 hours later when I went to the toilet and wiped there was still some more with a small blood clot. I'm not in any pain but I am really scared I could be having a miscarriage. I've called the GP who says I have to just monitor the bleeding for the next few days and see what happens. It's such an awful wait though. Anyone have any advice.

Was it heavy bleeding or spotting? You really can't tell unless you go get a quantitative HCG test ran and you really need more than one in order to tell what is going on.

I had all the symptoms of pregnancy then I started my period early and its been four days of heavy bleeding and blood clots, and extreme cramping. Ive never had a miscarriage before but suspect this could be one.. any advice or opinions. Should I go to the doc?

Todays the 5th day I have been spotting light pink, yesterday night and today became into bloody red but not bleeding to a certain amount to wear a pad. ve never bled during a pregnancy personally without it resulting in a miscarriage but I know soooo many women that have and their babies are fine. My miscarriage had an insane amount of blood though. There was nothing light about it. So I'd say you're safe but check with your dr.

My first was terminated 2 yrs ago and most recently i had a miscarriage. I was referred to a specialist by my doctor because my progesterone levels had dropped. I miscarried August 25th, bleeding stopped on Sept 3rd(was very light past 3 days), and we had sex on the 5th, no bleeding, but then we did again last night, and heavy bleeding and still bleeding this morning, not as bad tho. So i hope it is normal.

Light bleeding is normal up to 12 wks. Known as implantation bleeding. But not sure about brownish discharge. I'd call or go in to see my doctor.

What is the longest amount of time someone has bled after a miscarriage? I was told I was miscarrying in mid July. I am still bleeding heavily right now. it sounds like you may be having an early miscarriage, I would go visit your doctor and have a couple of blood tests done to measure the amount of hcg in your blood, heavy bleeding in eraly pregnancy usually isnt a good sign, but pregnancies have been known to remain viable after such a bleed but the only way to know for sure is to have your hcg levels checked

im pretty sure im having a miscarriage right now lotsa cramps and bleeding like crazy ive only had 2 clots though over a week and a half ago but still a ton of bleeding some of the blood come out almost mucusy looking and stringy i feel soo pukey sick and the most horrible headache for 3 days can barely open my eyes and just an overall weak feeling if u would like to talk im here :) also my blood went from brown to pink to brown to red to brown then it has gone away twice now and still came back
