It sounds to me like some food(s) you're eating in the morning are causing the bloating, gas and constipation.

Blood test showed I had chlamydia pnuemonia in past, severe alllergy dust mites, mild allergy to dogs. Also had methancoline challenge test and showed suspected vocal cord dysfuntion and mild asthma.
