Better make sure it not milk allergy. My son has milk allergy he can't have milk or he can die. Well any dairy. But he gets rashes from it and has problems breath but I have read that another form of milk or diary allergy is vomitting and diarreha. Make sure there no blood in his diarreha if there is he might have a allergy.

You mention " eating gluten/lactose containing food and drink. What exactly is this and are you drinking milk, for example. It sounds to me like some food(s) you're eating in the morning are causing the bloating, gas and constipation.

You don't have to drink milk when your pregnant, I know people who hate it and never drank it and they had perfectly healthy babies. They say to drink a lot of water it's way better then milk. I drank a lot of milk that's all I would drink and they told me that I should be dining water because the sugars in milk can somewhat dehydrate you if that's all you drink, same for sodas, so if your drinking water don't worry about drinking milk, you really don't have to.

u could have a allergy called lactose intolerance which basically means u cant break down the sugars from lactose which is mainly found in dairy products there are tests for this with your doctor{breath tests} and is very common.

My 95 year old mother was told she has a milk allergy, specifically a delayed reaction to milk protien.
