I have the same thing, and I have given up ALL dairy, grains, soy, MSG, GMOs, refined sugar, dried beans and peas, white potatoes, processed foods, fast
food, restaurant
food, canned
food, boxed foods. I eat only organic fruits and veggies, grass-fed beef, wild-caught salmon, almond milk and flour, coconut milk and flour, and flaxseed meal. I was so sick before doing this that I thought I was going to die and ordered my gravestone. Now, I'm doing much better. I think I will live now.
