An illness, a disappointment, a fear, a glance across someone elses face, a
memory of the past, a fear of the future can all be triggers.
In Therapy we put together Tool Kits that we could dig into
when anxiety reared its head, and our Tool Kits were built on a foundation of Therapy Itself, daily meditations, journaling, phone numbers of
people we could call, and postitive affirmations. The tool kits were used daily, with or without symptoms, and I still use mine today.
