t have current digestive problems (did have an ulcer in the past but that seems unrelated) and I tested negative for H. Pylori. I don't have tonsil stones either.

I was diagnosed with H pylori and have been on triple antibiotics- Amoxicillan, omeprazole, metronidazole. I am also on Sucralfate for acid control, promethazine for vomit control and Hydrocodone for pain control. Does this really sound like H. Pylori or is there a possibility that something else is going on?
My question on this is how come some folks dont have any problems with the H-pylori and others feel like they are having a heart attack? i was told this by three doctors in my area. they said in some cases, they just stumble upon it and treat. I have been treated for h-pylori with the three antibiotics which seem to have worked but sometimes i get those same symptoms from time to time. does this mean i still have it and somehow its not showing up on their tests?
I was recently dx with H pylori. Along with the H pylori I have this weird body odor which smells slightly of ammonia and somewhat meaty? I have this weird taste in my mouth as well. I was taking a prevpac for 14 days and I thought that would take care of the weird body odor as well as kill off the pylori bugs. My stomach feels better but I still smell weird? I also have bright red blood in my stool with each stool. At this point I have no idea what's going on.
So this is day nine on the prilosec and day seven on the antibiotics (Ammoxicillin and clarithromycin)for the H pylori. My symptoms are still there SOMETIMES after eating. For the most part it has been a bland diet, except for the exception of a hamburger yesterday which caused extreme discomfort. As of right now there are still times when I feel nauseous and my GI tract has never been the same, but I am not experiencing the severe every day nausea, headaches, burning abdominal pain, dizziness, and weight loss. Also, did any of you ever have chronic hiccuping with your H-pylori? I did, and I thought it was so weird. I learned in my microbiology class that I had to take for nursing that the bacteria produces CO2 which is why there is excessive burping and hiccuping, interesting huh?

Either you are taking more thyroid hormone than necessary or some other preparation should be tried. H pylori infection is treated with a combination of Omeprazole and antibiotics. Generally metronidazole is used in combination with Clindamycin or Clarithromycin. I think you should discuss these possibilities with your doctor. Take care!
I would ask to be tested for a Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori) infection. Not everyone has symptoms with a H. Pylori infection but if symptoms do occur they may include an ache or burning pain in the abdomen, nausea, vomiting, frequent burping, bloating, weight loss.
