well i been diagnosed with trichomonas vaginalis and the doctor gave me 2 grams of metronidazole as a single dose and a vaginal cream called clotrimazole (3 days). but since i used the metronidazole i had dark urine, i had and upset stomach i couldn't eat or drink anything because i will throw up. it's been 2 day and i don't have the upset stomach but i still have the dark urine how long is it gonna take before the dark uring goes away?
Is it light green? Or dark green? Super light green just means your drinking lots of water, drink more and it will be clear.
The doctor prescribed me a mega dose of the metronidazole and said I should feel better in 24 hours. I did NOT feel better in 24 hrs I waited a week because everything online kept telling me the symptoms could take a week to subside but when they didn’t I called my doctor and she prescribed me another mega dose. This one did absolutely nothing but make my symptoms worse my cervix hurt so bad.
I have been seeing dark stains in my pants and any time i go to toilet i after the first urine passes i get this cloudy semen like discharge which clears away immediately. Its been happening for the past four months.
The doc made me take two test- a swab and urine analysis test.

The doctor gave me doxycycline and metronidazole to go and try it out.
No improvement, had blood and urine culture sample taken and prescribed Nitrofurantoin. No real immediate difference but then the symptoms subsided in week 4 anyhow. Urine & blood tests were all clear.
Also, Negative for Chlamydia, Gonorrhoea, Syphilis, HIV. I also took Doxycycline and then Azithromycin prior to getting negative results in case it was Chlamydia or Gonorrhoea, and Metronidazole in case of Trich.
The doctor gave me a shot on my butt through (syringe) and gave me a two oral meds docycycline and metronidazole. After a day taking the meds i have a symptoms of diarrhea it was dark green with some yellow in color. Should i be worry of these symptoms?
Do these sound like HEP C symptoms? I've had leg aches for a couple of months as well as an irritated nose, dark smelly urine. The last month I've had fatigue and weakness and a general unwell feeling.

My lab tests reveal a small amount of Bilirubin in urine and a slightly elevated bilirubin in blood. ALT/AST ok so far and seemingly no liver aches yet.
I went to the obgyn last week they ran urine samples and std tests and everything was okay, I told them I’m spotting still for two weeks now three and cramping the test came back for BV so they prescribed me Metronidazole I felt way too anxious about taking it , Friday I went in for a ultrasound and pelvic ultrasound I believe and got the results today that it was fine. They now prescribed me clindamycin gel which I will pick up tomorrow due to pharmacy out of stock.

The routine went on and I have since been treated with 2g metronidazole and 500 mg ciprofloxacin twice a day for ten days. Nothing has really changed. I might feel a slight burn when urinating, but obviously not enough to be sure that I'm not just imagining it. Every now and again, I'll have cloudy urine, but it usually disappears after a few hours. My other chief problem is suprapubic pain on my right side specifically but it may be entirely unrelated.

I have finished taking the drugs yet when i go for boel movements i see a cloudy discharge like that of semen coming out furthermore i see dark stains in my white undearwear. Cud u help me out by forwarding this to another urologist for me to find out what cud be wrong since my doctors cant really find the problem.

I continued to have very mild pain so went to a GP. Who did the swab test, and also treated me with a 10 day course of antibiotics. The tests then came back negative for both Clymidia, and Ghonoreeha.
Now, 2 months after the unprotected intercourse, 1 month after the 10 day antibiotic treatment.
The doctor prescribed Flagyl (metronidazole) after taking blood, urine and stool sample. He said blood and urine test looked normal., the stool test results hasn' t been released yet. I have started to loose weight and started to feel mild pain in my lower back and legs. Is my doctor on the right track ? Is it a parasite my problem or could this be caused by something else like krohn disease or pancreatic problem ? I really appreciate your comments. Thankyou for your help.
chlamydia, and they came back negative. My urologist checked my urine and did a rectal exam. He said the urine looked fine, and the prostate only seemed a little mushy. He says go away for a month and if you still feel bad, I'll scope you. What is the test for NGU? He never mentioned it.
Ive been to the city clinic, twice. They test the basics (they lost my urine once), and they dont test for Trich in men, they just treat.
