ve had increasing yeast infection symptoms (lots of white clumpy discharge, and lots of itchiness). I returned to my doctor yesterday, 6/15, and after the exam he said that he suspected another yeast infection and possibly BV. I showed the bumps to him, and he advised that it was probably just irritation. He prescribed Diflucan (3 pills over 3 days) and a five-day course of vaginal MetroGel (for the BV). I'll have the lab results back on Monday/Tuesday.

Hi there and welcome. Could be the start of a yeast infection. The clumpy and white discharge is the tell tale sign. That 'cottage cheese' appearance is classic yeast infection.
Bacterial vaginosis is a big different than what you describe. it is a thin, watery discharge that is greyish in color usually and does not itch but has a foul odor.
I'm guessing the itch is coming sweetie with the type of discharge you describe.
I believe I got my period when I was 13-14 but for the past year or so i have been having a white discharge, even if I am not getting my period yet. The last time i had sex was around late Feb. early March, so I don't think I am pregnant cause I have had a period each month from then. I used Rephresh Gel on 2/8/19 because I suspected I had BV, I didn't pay attention until 2 days later that there was white discharge and today 2/12/19 it's still there almost clumpy like. Could this be a side effect of Rephresh Gel or BV?

The white chunkies after treating with metrogel are fairly normal and can be very irritating.It's due to dead bacteria sloughing off and working its way out of your body. Anytime you still have symptoms a week after finishing treatment for bv, go back to be seen and properly tested. Your provider can't do a looksee either - they need to actually be properly testing your vaginal secretions unless they have a crystal ball in their clinic and can see your future in it.
