Tried strattera but it made me extremely emotional, to the point of sobbing for no reason. My doctor put me on Buspar, 5 mg 2x a day to help with my ADHD...but I have not read any solid literature on Buspar and its effects on ADHD symptoms. Is this a good drug to go on for ADHD? Hi, My dog Karma is on Pred 20 mg started initial dose on 03/14. He is 12 yrs weighs 86 lbs and is a Staffordshire. He is taking them once every other day now. He is experiencing fatigue and muscle weakness. He can't get on the couch,his walks are real short, his hind legs give out occasionally when walking. His fell getting out of the cab of the truck the other day (no harm done) My concern id he will be on this med until June and I am worried about his muscles.

I was recently diagnosed with Type 2 due to a 7.5 A1C test. First question: during the last 2.5 months, I have been in pain and stressing from a herniated disc. It was actually the pre-surgery screening that caused the A1C test to occur. On top of that, for 10 days about 6 weeks ago I was on Prednisone. The docs seem to be discounting all that and believe the A1C still to be accurate. At the office, my first reading 2 hours after breakfast was 132.

My doctor wants me to take one tablet a day of Potassium ER 20. I need to crush it to take it as the pill is too large due to a lap band. I cannot take anything that has a fizz in it due to my lap band. The pharmacist said it was ok to crush it and my doctor knows that I need to do this. Is there something else out there for me to use? A liquid that doesn't fizz? Or is crushing this ok? I crush it then put it in my mouth then swish it down with water. I have not had any stomach issues.

My Dr. has prescribed to me Depakote ER 500 mg and my husband has been out of work until recently and our insurance hasn't kicked in and I have not been able to refill my prescribe and have been 6 days with out taking the depakote.

I have never understood why my dr would switch me to the 10 mg opana er 3 times a day when i was only taking 3 hydros a day. It was helping my pain and i had not increased my doseage in about 2 years. Do you think the opana is stronger than the hydrocodone 7.5? It seemed to affect me a lot differently.

He received 10 mg morphine in the ambulance, then 6 mg dilaudid, 4 mg zofran, and 1 mg ativan in about an hour. He weighs 190 lbs and is 6 feet tall. He suffered cardiopulmonary arrest. Hi, Iknow it has been a few years since your post, i was wondering how you are doing on the Opana ER. I am switching from Opana 30 mg ER to Morphine 60 mg ER.The Opana gave me side effects, dizziness, being in withdrawl if I missed a dose, and it did not help my chronic pain.. i got a new dr and he canged me from adderall to methylin generic ritalin....do they have kinda same ingrediaents..it to be used for depresssion but he said i have some add symptoms also on on xanax and prozac,,he is upping my prozac...

I am very surprised such a low dose of Toprol causes any side effect... I take 100 mg a day and have taken 100 mg twice a day. At the 200 mg I have some low BP problems, but they seem to go away after a few days at that level. I take it control my high HR driven by AFib, I wish I could get that down to something like the 60s, I'm usually in the 80s HR. I think 40 is too low, but for some people it, just like low BP, is well tolerated. Good advice to discuss with your doctor, cardiologist.
