a drug store overdosed myself and my fiancée ten time the amount of methadose over 2 days because the woman was obviously new. it's when they switched from methadone to methadose. We were on 10 mg and she gave us 100 twice over the weekend. on Monday 2 ambulances showed up to take us to the hospital. They were amazed we were not in a coma but we had stop taking our dose for 3 days, which they also did not do. My memory is shot and so is my husbands.
What if any are the benefits of taking methadose, wellbuterin & alprazolam at the same time. What would be the
negative effects. I am lethargic, uncaring, somewhat angry at times, no motivation, memory troubles, sweat like a water fall, constant thirst, vivid dreams and an occasional headache behind my right eye. I am on methadose to
detox from an ope it addiction and I am wondering if my Dr. didn't look at interactions for this combo.

How long has this sleep problem been happening? If this is a fairly recent thing, and not been happening since he's been clean, then I would question the diagnosis that it's from brain damage. Could it be caused by this Methadose? I'm not familiar with Methadose, and will look for some info on it.
Drs prescribed methadose for heroin maintanance,wrong its just the same highly addictive. Need to know how to detox off of this. I eant my life back!
These are the medications i have available to me at home. Clonidine 150 mcgs, Plenty of 10 mgs of methadose not methadone.First thing i wanted to know is how long based on my time using and amount taken will i go through withdrawals where i will not suffer that much. Next i made a decision to use the methadose for about 5.7 days to get off the oxycodone. Can i use it without having any big problems and getting re addicted to the methadone as long as i stick to my guns and stop right away.
I have been on Methadose (Methadone tablet) for more than 6 years and I would not recommend anyone start it unless nothing else works, you have no money or you don't mind possibly being on METHADOSE for the rest of your life. It can take 9 months to get the drug out of your system completely and the withdraws are the worst.I would love to get off of Methadose and use something else, but i can not afford anything else right now. And you may not be able to function on it.
i have been on 15mg methadose three times a day since major surgery 8 years ago. i also am allowed to take vicodin two times a day. i am first very concerned about becoming addicted even though pain levels are excruciating and only take vicodin when times get very bad.
I am wanted to get off and have them start decreasing my dose but I am scared of the withdrawals that I will have from doing that. Has anyone went through trying to get off methadone/methadose? Thanks for listening!
I have been prescribed everything from Lortab all the way up to Methadose and beyond. I also didn't have a doctor at the time willing to take the time to help me through my issues. Once I found a doctor willing to help, and was/is responsible to their patience, I was able to start functioning again.
I have a very severe case of Crohns, so the pain is excruciating, and dealing with the pain is a daily battle for me and my family.
s verbally abusive narcism and we have had problems for years because of his drinking drugs ect but I thought I could talk to him I was wrong! He started yelling at me and telling me methadose was not even used for pain.. Can anyone out there help me please. I feel so lost and alone and I don't know what to do.

I am 50 yrs old and was prescribed vicodin for alot of dental and hip pain about ten yrs ago. I wanted off the vicodin and lost my insurance. My husband was prescribed methadose for his back pain and has been on it for years. It was cheaper and easier for me to take one of his because of the withdraw from vicodin. Well now I am trying hard to get off that in the mornings. I take one ten ml in the morning and 1 to a half before bed to help me sleep.
My husband and I decided instead of cold turkey off of liquid methadose to use other opiates in small doses to help with withdrawl. Is this the wisest decision or should he try to do cold turkey. My concern is that we both have struggled with opiate addictions for 5 yrs. or more. Cold turkey is hard, but is it life threatening. My husband literally wants to die!!
hi mombo the weekend was hard but I did it its Friday so im really hopeing this will be the magic weekend when I wake up and everything is better your right its hard but so is living the rest of your with the methadose umbilical cord,here in Vancouver its so easy to do. o.d.a.a.
I had many yrs of pseudo clean time (methadose) for 21 yrs. tell your doctor, I believe you will go in full detox mode quickly if you keep using till injection (suboxone is suboxone injections, pills, films,etc....

I quit a methadone thing cold turkey.....from 80-120mg - 2 or 3 40mg methadose daily. It was rough for several months. kim will give you some good advice. I dont really know what you are asking. But according to a poll done here (medhelp) not that long ago - methadone is the single worst thing to quit. Withdrawals last a long time and its a sneaky pharmocological thing also. It can be done though. Keep posting and asking questions until you are satisfied with the answers.
im on 340mls of methadose have been for 10 yrs well more as im coming down how long will this take????
no substitutes to get off the methadone. i have about 30 ten milligram pills left. it is methadose ,not methadone. please tell me what to do to make this as less painful as possible. i am also on 1-2 milligrams of xanax for the last three months. i started out with 0.5 milligrams of xanax. so it has not been totally three months on 1-2 milligrams. somebody please tell me how ishould do this. i think if ican get to the point where ican sleep iam tired.
