The first time I got them filled I had to get name brand b-c I couldnt find any generic. They were $ 550.00 for 60. I paid 11 dollars a day for 10 years on methadone. I meant that 50mg was my last dose. I had take homes and I would always take more than I was supposed too, also knew someone that was giving me bottles any time I wanted them. It got really bad a couple of months before I quit I was taking anywhere from 200mg - 400mg a day.
there is also another brand name known as Dolophine. Dolophine is simply Methadone Hcl in an actual pill form, not a wafer. It comes in 5mg, and 10mg strengths. This was oringially designed for people taking methadone for pain control, but was later integrated into the clinic system for those who couldnt tolerate drinking the liquid (Like myself, but Im not sure having to swallow 70 of those pills a day was any better!!!)

OPANA IS A VERY VERY STRONG PAIN KILLER. I IS MUCH STRONGER THAN IT'S COUSIN DILAUDID. THE GENERIC NAME FOR DILAUDID IS HYDROMORPHONE. THE GENERIC NAME FOR OPANA IS OXYMOPHONE. OXYMORPHONE IS GIVEN ORALLY IN EITHER ER (EXTENDED RELEASE), OR IR (IMMEDIATE RELEASE) IT IS VERY HIGHLY ADDICTIVE. MOST ABUSERS CRUSH AND SNORT IT LIKE OC USERS. SOME ALSO INJECT IT. I WAS AN ADDICT FOR EIGHT YEARS. AND A FUNCTIONING ONE AT THAT.

To me knowledge, the meconium test will show up as generic "opiate" and if you are in a recognized methadone program, I'm sure, that you will not have any problems with the law.
Sweetheart I live in Florida also and I have never heard of generic Sub. That is one of the reasons so many people stay on methadone or go to the done in the first place, because of the cost of sub. From what I understand, sub is just as strong as sub and just as hard to get off of. I thought about sub before but it is just toooo dang much money. Sorry I could not help you

Roxicodone is a trade name for Oxycodone the generic name. Methadone is the longer lasting pain medication and the oxycodone is being prescribed for what is know as break through pain. This is a very common practice. The Methadone will not cancel out the Roxicodone.

If you do want to ask your doctor about trying Opana ER you should know that the generic is much less effective than the brand. Both the brand and generic have the same active ingredient, oxymorphone in extended release form; however, the generic uses inferior time release technology that increased my pain levels significantly 6 hours after dosing.
