I know for a fact that every time I had to give urine for testing, while on methadone program, I had a legit prescribed prescription for 2 mg Clonazepam 3x a day and my toxicology report always came back negative for benzos. But if I would take a Xanax, not prescribed, it always came back positive for benzos.

My B6 level is 346.8 have only been taking a multi vit contraining 2.2 mg daily. Have for the last year or so weird feeling in toes (tighness) no pain. Neurologist said to stop taking B6 I feel this small amount would not cause
toxity. He said I had Polyneuropathy. He did a Sensory Nerve Conduction, Needle EMG, F-Wave, Peroneal.R.
Labs done..SR, TSH, T3, B12, folic acid, HBAIC, Vit B6, Pep, Immunofixation. All were within normal limits with the exception of B6.
Im gonna end up going threw horrible withdrawl soon and Im scared to death. Im on Methadone and Vicodin and He just Cut me off after one test comming back Negitive and I dont understand how it could. He called me a lyer and told me to never come back to his office. But there is no other Pain clinic in the area. WHAT WOULD CAUSE THE RESULTS TO COME BACK NEGITIVE when I TAKE THE MEDS????
OK just as i thought, the toxicology showed that it was not a suicide, but rather a deadly mix of xanax and methadone (both in small doses) that took my brother's life. He had been so optimistic in his letters to his girlfriend the last 6 months, that the thought that he took his own life never made sense. Now we know for sure that he didn't. The Doc said that the drug n alcohol abuse weakened him, and that the small doses on the final night were enough to slow his respiration.

I have already caught him once mixing klonopin and his methadone. But I am still very suspicious that he has do so over the week end at his parents house. I was just wondering if you could advise me as to what signs to watch for if I don't catch him right away. Like what the normal side effects within a day or two after that I would be looking for.

My young brother recently died. The toxicology reports were "inconclusive" and they are unable to tell us how he died. He was only 39 and in good health. There were preliminary "positive" results when testing for morphine/opiates. My brother took anti-depressant medication for years and I am assuming he was still on it when he died. Could anti-depressant medication show up on toxicology reports as a morphine or opiate?
s passing, a golden retriever, and burial in the woods, i can learn about the manner of his passing through forensics and toxicology. I assume a Vet can tell apart broken ribs or any bone that occured post-mortum as rock were piled above the dirt etc and any blows while he was still alive.

Don't worry about the silly test. If it's a urine test the medications will show up in your urine, especially the methadone. It has a very long half life. Please reconsider the way you are taking your medication and be honest with your self and the doctors. You will be much better off in the short and long run. good luck.

dont put up blinders take it for face value he is using again and that on top of methadone is very dangerous he is using to get high methadone wont get you high unless abused if he is giong to the clinic they will ketch him sooner or later with a dirty U/A they will give him a chance to clean up then boot him out if he dont it is time to call the clinic and talk to his counselor they will get to the bottom of this mean wile pray he

I was on heroin and then started taking methadone. Got into some legal trouble and knew I needed to get clean to avovid jail. I have 2 to 3 weeks before court so I went to a doctor to get on siboxone cause I heard it doesn't show up on opiod drug tests. After my 3rd attempt, failed again. My fiance and I detoxed from methadone 2.5 years ago and it was a difficult transition but it can be done. Methadone helped us to get over our opiate addiction and structure our life but in retrospect, it was worse than if we would have just detoxed from the other pills. Because of its long half-life, the withdrawals last much longer but there are natural remedies that will make it easier. i was urine tested several weeks ago and passed then they came back and said i had eddp-ms in my urine which is methadone metabolites but i havent taken metadone i am however on several medications for bi-polar dissorder and was wondering what if anything would cause me to test positive for the metabolites but not the methadone
