hi everyone can anybody answer, why is that there are women who still having their menstrual period during first 3 months of pregnancy?.. i thought if you're pregnant your menstrual period stops until you birth a child. what kind of bleed is that?

But you can have hormonal bleeding. It is generally early in pregnancy though and not heavy like a true period.

last march 14-16, i had an unusual period that it lasts for three days, this is my first time ever. apparently, i had unprotected sex days before and during my period. My bleeding stopped then i had a week spotting (brown-pinkinsh-brown) then i had unprotected sex on march 23. Then the night of march 27, i had a red light spotting (bright pink-brown) that lasted march 30. All these cramps was associated with a light cramps and episode of frequent urinating, lightheaded, dizzy, nausea.

doc even told me to treat my body like i am still pregnant because some women bleed during pregnancy and everything is fine.. so now it is a waiting game like you.. i have to wait 2 weeks and then he is going to repeat the HCG to see if it is negative. .. what torture... i have searched every where on the internet looking for a way to expalin it other than miscarriage.. unfortunately everywhere usually said bleedign for more than 24 hours with clots is not good..

Cramping is normal alot of women get cyst during early pregnancy. With my 2nd I had very bad cramping almost unbareable so I went to dr and.a cyst had ruptured. My pregnancy went fine after that. I would say if your not bleeding you should just take it easy and try not to worry if it gets worse, last more then a day or you start spotting I.would contact ur dr. just to be save.

well you can't tell if your pregnant by symptoms and if your period was the 17th it would be a little early for you to be having pregnancy symptoms at all i would wait to see if your late or if you can't wait that long there are some you can take up to six days before your late it could be so many many things besides pregnancy(like stress) thats giving you this symptoms so try not to worry to much about it good luck

On Monday I found out I was pregant. My last period started on 09-25-08 and when I took the test I was about 8 or 9 days late. On Tuesday, I started spotting and went to the ER on Wednesday. Thanks for posting. I did take an ept pregnancy test 2 days before my period date. It was negative. I also started my period. It is a little lighter but I read it could be because I've been stressing over the thought of being pregnant. There's no reason for me to take another test right?

well i took one just a few minutes ago and it came back negative but i still dont understand why my period came early the 15-19th when it was supposed to come on the 20th, i would like to have your imput.
