A good tool would be some kind of tracker that can be added along with an Ovulation tracker or menstrual tracker or just a tracker of it's own to go along with the Lunar Cycle. It is believed by some people that our cycles are influenced by the lunar cycles.

Avatar f tn HI, The levels of estrogen and progesterone change with the different phases of the menstrual cycle. They should be tested on day 3 of the cycle. Low estrogen levels are not an issue in women who are young and not trying for a pregnancy. Sudden weight loss can also lead to hormonal changes. Pills themselves alter the hormonal profile. Fertility in later life need not be affected. PCOS if any is easily detected on ultrasound scan and hormonal assay.
Avatar n tn The FIRST RESPONSE® Fertility Test for Women detects FSH (follicle stimulating hormone), on Day 3 of a woman’s menstrual cycle in order to assess her ovarian reserve, an indicator of fertility. Women who want to assess their ability to conceive may find the results of this test useful. The test must be done on Day 3 of your cycle. Count the first day of bleeding or spotting as Day 1 of your cycle. A small amount of blood in your urine from your period should not affect the results in any way.
Avatar f tn So I usually have a 26-28 day menstrual cycle and last 4-6 but last month after bleeding for 4 days I kept spotting for two week doctors just brush it off as endo. Avatar f tn Rule of thumb is, if you're regularly having sex mid-cycle of your menstrual cycle (14 days after the beginning of your period) and you don't get pregnant after 6 months you have fertility issues. These could be your fertility issues, his, or both. If you've been having sex every month at mid-cycle, it's time to see an OBGYN about your fertility difficulty.

Avatar f tn I am a forty year-old woman and I have experienced a cessation in my menstrual cycle. Intercourse is very painful, even though I am using Replens. I am still very susceptible to urinary track infections too. My doctor suggested Lubrin, but I have been unable to find Replens or Lubrin in stores around my area. I have no children, but I always thought I might have them. What are my chances that my menstrual cycle might come back?
1746744 tn?1311536352 Let’s start with the basics; to become pregnant the male partner’s sperm must fertilize the female’s egg. The woman’s egg is usually released from the ovary on around the 14th day of the menstrual cycle. A woman's monthly cycle is measured from the first day of her menstrual period until the first day of her next period. The release of the egg is called ovulation, which is the fertile time of the cycle. Having intercourse during this time should result in a pregnancy.
1452614 tn?1312303518 The FAM line is drawn to show the two phases of your cycle. The estrogen phase leading up to ovulation will be the first set of temperatures, they sit below the FAM line. The progesterone or luteal phase is the second set of temperatures after ovulation occurs, they sit above the line. The line varies from cycle to cycle, so it will never really be the same.
