ve noticed that movement as simple as walking for an hour or strenuous workouts causes me menstrual like cramps, nausea, and headaches. two days later i started experiencing cramps, but my menstrual wasnt due for another two weeks. I usually get cramps a couple hours before my menstrual starts. Ive been having nausea (not throwing up), really moody, extremely gassy, headches, back cramps, ive been craving specific foods, body has been soar, had a yellowish eggy creamy discharge a few days ago it didnt have a odor, excessive suliva and overly thirsty.

All these cramps was associated with a light cramps and episode of frequent urinating, lightheaded, dizzy, nausea. Then last April 5, friday night i had a light spotting again that lasted till March 10, then on the 11th i had a normal like period but it was dark red and has a tiny dots of blood, with cramps also but tolerable then on the 12th light bleeding that it didn't filled the whole sanitary napkin until i got off from work.
