I had the same problem. Switching sleeping positions or recruiting
your partner for a
back rub can really help! Watch your posture when sitting up. Also a hot water bottle or heating pad feels great (just like with menstrual cramps). If you don't have one, use an old dish soap bottle and fill with hot water, or take a pouch or old sock and fill with rice, close, knot and heat in the microwave for a couple minutes.
