Yes everything very normal and those cramps I'm thinking they are the Braxton Hicks Contractions they're basically practice contractions but if you have concerns about them or if they hurt too much it's better to go get checked just in case it's an infection.
I am 30 weeks and I've been having a lot of cramps lately.. not double over cramps but they are there enough to annoy me... and of a night when I switch sleeping positions to the other side there's so much pressure... am I just dehydrated or is this normal?
Since I'm 30 weeks in my third trimester I really don't know what to expect (My first child) with things including doctor visits since they are twice a week now, or how I will be feeling, biggest question of all how will I know when I'm in labor?! I've read contractions are similar to menstrual cramps but worse, but... I've never really had cramps throughout my cycles so if my water doesn't break how will I know when to go in the hospital or not?!
I suffered from terrible night leg cramps in my right leg hat left me in tears in the first trimester the cramps went away in the 2nd trimester and have come back in both legs now that I just entered the third trimester I havent been drinking enough water and have been doing more jogging and walking and the weather is starting to get hot so that may be the problem.

m 39 weeks pregnant and have been drinking it since I entered the third trimester, starting at one glass a day and working up to 4-5. I heard contradicting advice on whether or not it's safe to take before the third trimester, so I waited, just to be sure. More recently, I've noticed a lot of braxton hick's after I drink it, so hopefully it's helping!

Starts with the first day of your last menstrual period (LMP) and ends with the last day of the 13th week thereafter. During your last period (which will be your last for a while), your uterus is preparing for ovulation and your body is gearing up for pregnancy, so technically, you can start counting from this point.
Second Trimester: Starts at the beginning of the 14th week after your LMP and lasts through the 27th week of pregnancy.
If you were my patient, I would advise you that it is very common to have menstrual-like cramping and discomfort during pregnancy. The fluid from the cyst is almost certainly long gone. You can take Acetominophen if necessary for cramping, but unless it becomes severe pain, or you have bleeding, there is no cause for alarm.
