menstrual cramps but not period

Today, April 6, for about a week now I have been having menstrual cramps like I normally used every month. But, I haven't gotten my period. My last period was March 2. Before that, I had not had my period for about three months. Also two weeks after my last period (March 19ish?) I also had terrible cramps but no period. My mom also had cramps that day, but she did actually get her period. My period has been EXTREMELY irregular lately.

Since then i have been experiencing abdominal pain but have not gotten my period but it is due the ends of febuary. just wanted to know if this sounds more like a pregnancy or just menstrual cramps?

I had cramps before on the right side of my pelvic like i was ovulating. i have menstrual like discomfort not cramps but my period still not here and is now about 3 or 4 days late i know is not that late.. could anywhere help me. could i be pregnant ?or is it just my period?

i have regular periods but every time i have my period, i terribly feel so bad, e.g. literally heavy flows, stomach upset and super aching abdomen and hips that sometimes i could not even stand straight / still. please do help and suggest what i can do to lessen this painful period. i already tried pain killers, hot compress and ointment but nothing happens except for an hour of relief then after that, the pain is worse again.

Then last April 5, friday night i had a light spotting again that lasted till March 10, then on the 11th i had a normal like period but it was dark red and has a tiny dots of blood, with cramps also but tolerable then on the 12th light bleeding that it didn't filled the whole sanitary napkin until i got off from work.Then on the 13th there was barely nothing on my napkin but still experiencing light cramps around my pelvic and lower abdomen.

i have had cramps when i was ovulating, but they just felt like my menstrual cramps. ALSO i would like to add that i have been losing weight dramaticly, lke every 2 lbs a week (metabolism is back in action). anyone have any clue, maybe i am pregnant just undetected? highly doubtfull but we have been trying. i will take any advice. i have no seen an OB GYN yet.

Yes it is for the first few months some people still have menstrual cramps when there period is due. I did until the second trimester. As long as you are not bleeding or passing any clots and it's only happening when AF would have been due I wouldn't be to concerned. If your too worried call your doctor it never hurts to check.

I didnt feel any cramps this time around. But with my first pregnancy it felt like the worst period I've ever had.

Hi. I was just wondering how common it is not to get your period on the pill. I am taking the pills so I will get my period and 3 days late and no sign of it coming ( no cramps or soreness) Im no worried if im preg I know im not as I have had blood tests and Ultra sounds earlier this month.

I am a 22 year old female. Starting around the beginning of this year, I have been feeling like vomiting but don't actually vomit a day or two after my period ends. in a year, i would experience menstrual cramps from 0 to 3 times. but last january 2008, i started having menstrual cramps (dysmenorrhea) almost every month when i get my period. Serious question...im 37wks & ive been having like menstrual period cramps the whole night & followed by a horrible back pain.. Ive also had dome type of discharge but it looks more like water just clear & thin... Could this mean im ready for labor or is it just something normal?? What do i do?

I am 35 weeks tomorrow with baby #1. Been having menstrual like cramps in my lower back and lower belly/pelvic area. It started not last night, but the night before. Occasionally it gets painful and sharp pains spread up towards my belly button. When they aren't the sharp pains that go up higher, it's just a dull ache like the period cramps.
