Avatar n tn I have read that zinc can increase sperm count if that is an issue for you. I had my husband take it while we were ttc. He had an analysis done before he took it, and one a few months later, and his count was a good deal higher (although his count wasn't a problem to begin with, so it may just be coincidence).
Avatar f tn I never really thought too much about it...Mine just takes a men's complete vitamin...Good idea!

Avatar n tn Taking Zinc might make the "normal" taste in your mouth come back. Some medications also cause a nasty bitter taste. Before you eat, try rinsing your mouth with baking soda or epsom salts. Epsom salts taste bitter - but they leave your mouth tasting sweet - as does baking soda. Zinc can heal those taste buds that have been exposed to so much hot air/smoke all this time.
Avatar m tn Don't bother with a General Practitioner or Primary Care Physician. Look for a specialist in Men's Health which is a GP or PCP that has studied and focuses on sexual matters.
Avatar m tn Hello~I am requesting that this post be transferred to men's health, they will be able to help you better.

I hope that you find the answer your looking for. Others may post as the day goes on and you might get your anwer here...you never know.
Avatar m tn I have recently started taking men's 50+ vitamins, and just noticed a sudden bald patch in my beard. I didn't even think about it until I saw this post. I don't think its a coincidence. What is the solution? Should I stop taking those?
