Avatar f tn I'm 18 weeks with baby #2 & for the past month my pelvis is hurting so bad! I try walking and exercising but it doesn't help so much. Are there any stretches or yoga positions to help relieve the pain? My doctor said it was just my pelvis "splitting open" faster than it did with #1 (comforting) lol so I know it's just stretching but any advice would help!

I've ordered a yoga dvd as I've been told this could help lose weight but not to much that it harms the baby, tones and stretches the muscles to help with labour. Has anyone tried this before? Would you recommend it? Can you lose weight while pregnant and still have a healthy baby?

Avatar n tn Same here. Try the stretches or yoga and the pillows too. I also started using a maternity band during the day. It helps with the baby load and makes it less painful at night.
