Avatar f tn hi, this may be because of your diet, not eating meat wont cause any bad to your health, especially constipation is a condition which occurs many other reasons. One major reason is, if you are not taking fiber food regularly then this will occur, so take some fiber rich foods like whole grains. and if you still have this problem after having fiber foods then it may be because of the parasite in your stomach, so consult your doctor and go for some parasite cleanser.

3054080 tn?1358722856 I have a good answer to this and a bad one. I have Medicaid, which is a long unfortunate story and a shock to my being, but, anyway, it means I don't get much health care. I had a neurologist come to my room when in the hospital for something else, and state that I had a "slam dunk case of MS" and for me to look at these meds, decide which I wanted and make an appt with her. Then she walked out. I was quite surprised because I didn't have a clue that I had MS.
Avatar m tn Hi Motorspear: Although this is a great community and it deals with pain, I think your question might be better answered by the "Men's Health Forum". I'm sure that you're not the only one with this problem and other men that post in the Men's Health Forum might be better suited to answer this question. I hope that you find the answer your looking for. Others may post as the day goes on and you might get your anwer here...you never know.
Avatar f tn They are just a standard men's multivitamin, from a nutrition company that sells the like of protein shakes, athletic supplements, women's multivitamins, etc... And you are right, of course, about a doctor's visit. I don't have insurance right now, so I have to be selective about how often I go. In addition to finally finishing my Bachelor's degree, I do work, so I can afford an occaisional visit, and I will schedule one...
5250184 tn?1365571938 all of my ob's and my daughters ped. and clearly DelainaN's did too.. its personal preference but you'll feel it if you don't, not to mention you need to eat literally every recommended serving of every food group to make sure you're getting the appropriate nutrition so you get the nutrition without the baby sucking it all out of you..
404138 tn?1308941656 I think I might be pregnant...I want to do what's right for my baby's health and my own, is there a list of foods I can and cannot eat somewhere on the net that is accurate? My diet right now is not the best and I need to change that.
Avatar f tn It depends on your age, and overall health! Woman between the age of 19 and 50 need 18 mg of iron per day. I suggest seeing your doctor and have it checked to see if you need more.
Avatar f tn Hi all! I had posted something in Men's health related to this issue last week but now that it seems to becoming a little more clear that it's not a men's health thing and a general health thing I thought I'd post here. My general question is this: When I touch my chin to my chest I feel a very quick numbness in my lower right butt cheek near the Ischial tuberosity. It only lasts for a quick minute and then goes away.
Avatar f tn Is the pain on his upper right side? That could be the liver, if so. Is it on the upper left side? It might be the pancreas, since it is behind the stomach on the left side. Is it more toward a flank? That might be a kidney. I'm sorry you and your husband are in this situation with his addiction to alcohol. I take it he's not interested in stopping for health reasons?
Avatar f tn Hello~You will probably get more help in the men's health forum, I have put a request in for you for this post to be transferred there.
