272338 tn?1252280404 I have been recieving Womens Day magazine for quite some time now. I recently recieved my Sept. issue with a subscription renewal notice. I sat down and began reading the magazine, and by the time I finished, I had made up my mind that i would not renew my subscription. I found 2 advertisements regarding breast cancer for figurines that stated the proceeds would go towards the fight against breast cancer. Not one place in the magazine did I see even one mention of Ovarian cancer. Come on!

So I sent in a subscription to My Conceive magazine.. I also was getting them from my RE office .. I love that magazine... I ordered the book called Cooking to Conceive.. Just got it in the mail today.. Now Im going to start cooking rt , Maybe that will help.. Im praying that it does....Mary.....

His story has truly inspired me and I hope that it will all of you as well. WARNING !! It can be quite disturbing to some, but it makes you think...if HE overcame all of that.....then surely we can as well.

Avatar n tn Last year I went to Walmart and got heart shaped steel cookie cutters for like 3 dollars and made heart shaped pancakes for his breakfast in bed. Then I just made him a little gift basket with some of the men's soap from bath and body works some headphones little stuff he likes. Spent like 40 dollars total and it wasn't over the top.

Avatar n tn Gift giving is from the heart and should never feel as if he is outdoing your gift, but what worked for me was a gift certificate to "Eddie Bauer", which is his favorite, classy men's clothing store and or a gift certificate from his favorite place to eat (like a steak house). There are last minute gifts that are great, especially the steak house such as 'Morton's", where you both can enjoy a nice dinner together, maybe for New Years...
