Avatar m tn After my workout my friend insisted we go get something to eat, so we went straight from the gym to eat. I didnt get to shower after my workout but I took off my underwear and just put on my jeans (free balled it) the jeans are regular fitting, low rise. After eating we went and watched a movie, so it was hours after the gym that I finally got a chance to shower.
Avatar f tn Eat plenty of carbs before workout but don't go overboard. Don't eat carbs after 7pm or so. Eat about 1g of protein for every pound of body weight per day. Fish and lean meat have lots if protein. Protein shakes will help with bulk. Don't use creatine too much, it isn't too good for your heart :/ Of course eat minimal junk food and plenty of fruit and vegtables. There are also supliments called animal cuts you should check out. They're quite good.

Avatar n tn Anything that won't put pressure on your stomach. There are people who lift weights, run marathons, cross country, anything during pregnancy. Its what your body can handle. What a lot of women do is they wait until they get.pregnant to decide to get fit and healthy. But because they didn't workout before they got pregnant, they're limited on what they can do. If you're like that, walk on the treadmill. Cycle, do steps, squats are good. Weighted squats are great.
Avatar m tn I've been taking a GNC Mega Men's multivitamin for about a week and I've noticed a huge increase in my anxiety levels. My father took the same multivitamin for a few months and became mildly more anxious in that time period as well. I'm wondering if there's any correlation between taking a multivitamin and increases in anxiety... I've heard that, if anything, multivitamins are supposed to better your mood, but that's definitely not happening with me.
