I do not know, why the Companies are packing such easily availble vitamins along with some other difficult to get nutrients like zinc, omega3 or B12. Avatar n tn I think if it was your appendix, when that lets go you will know about it, been there and dont want to go there again, and if the pain is down that low I think the gallbladder would be out of it. You need to have a think of what you were doing just before the pain come on, if you were straining then it could just be muscles? Been to a doctor yet, let him have a poke around.

He has been made very concerned about his fertility in the future from internet searches. should he be concerned. Is it OK to wait and review? If we do, could his testicle growth be affected? Has is been shown that varicocoele surgery can prevent future fertility problems? Should this be considered? Should he avoid strenuous exercise to prevent the varicocole enlarging?
