my doctor started me on 100 mg of doxy for prostatitis, so I had been on that 3 days prior to testing. I can see how that would effect chlamydia test results, which were negative, but should I question the accuracy of the gonorrhea one (which was also negative) if I was on doxy for 3 days?

I'm almost to my 5 years thyroidectomy anniversary since losing it to (cancer). I'm going to break my health, meds and test into sections it might make it easier to read.
Medications:
1. Levo (100mcg) and (10mcg) Cytomel........ Have been on these meds for almost 3 years.
2. Estrogen

4. Magnesium citrate

I am 59, and had a first HSV-2(diagnosed from swabbed lesion) outbreak 8 years ago. I have had a total of three outbreaks, the last being three years ago. The outbreak has located a half inch below my navel. I also have HSV-1. I know that outbreaks typically decrease with age. 1) If my age-related immune system functioning keeps the virus dormant from now on, is it true that my risk for communicating HSV-2 also goes down? 2) If yes, is that because I therefore shed less, or even stop eventually?
In June, my doctor retested and said it was high normal. I have gained some weight, lack concentration and memory in many situations, and have had no energy all year. I thought some of it was due to minor depression because of mild/moderate personal and work problems. My doctor will keep close tabs in the future.
In the meantime, are there safe, reliable, and effective home remedies or supplements that I can take to help?

I can suggest a couple easy things you can do to try to clear this up: One is to exercise to where you break a sweat at least three or four times weekly, this helps release tension and also helps a person sleep better. Last year (May, to be precise), I visited an endo to get my thyroid tested, based on symptoms I’ve experienced for many, many years (severe brain fog/poor working memory, anxiety, lethargy, stomach weight I can’t lose despite eating clean/healthy and exercising frequently, etc). Worth noting: I did *not* suffer from dry skin, cold-sensitivity, or constipation. The test results came back normal.
