I'm sure that different places have different software, and you might not find it there. I think that most of the newer machines include the strength of the machine in the serial number. If you can't find it, you can call the MRI department where you had it done and ask.

Go into your MRI software. Make that image that you want to use as big as you can. Press the PrtSc (print screen) key. Open Excel. Open a new blank worksheet. Press the Ctrl key and the V simultaneously to paste in the image. Right click the new image and select Show picture toolbar. There is an icon on the toolbar that allows you to crop the image to the size that you want it, click this icon. Use the little handle bars on the image to crop it to size.

5T machines are gaining on the 3T by virtue of better software. If the center is keeping up with the new technology, you may be losing little or nothing at all by get imaged on a 1.5T. Don't lose any sleep over it. I'm trying to decrease the emphasis (that I created) over worrying whether we get MRIs on a 3T machine.

I am typing this using Dragon naturally speaking voice recognition software. In other words I'm not using the keyboard I'm simply dictating into a microphone. Hopefully this will help my tendinitis ( tennis elbow) heal faster. Not much of the test but it does seem to be working pretty well and hopefully will make both my physical therapist and myself and the tendons in my forearms very happy.

Hello Everyone, Has anyone else had their parts of their memory permanently wiped out from complicated migraines? I lost my intellect (math, science, technical, etc.) in April or May of this year. I'm not sure what event caused it. But it's completely wiped out, gone, and nothing has returned. I'm an electrical/software engineer who owns her own consulting firm; obviously losing my intellect is a huge problem in my profession.

1 and was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes on Feb. 5th. I have an ultra touch 2 monitor for her. I did notice that they have a software for it in which I can download and monitor her levels, etc. I also have noticed that there is a diabetes pilot software in which I can get for my desktop and pda. I like the fact that the diabetes pilot has a list of foods (carbs, etc.) that you can enter for reference and can be used on my pda.
