I know my emotionals changed after, and my memory was effected too. My memory gets worse all the time, my Mom has alzheimers and is 89 and I seem to get more and more like her every day. A neuro-psych evaluation indicated I have some problems, the sort that come from the frontal lobes. I stopped drinking 25 years ago (I'm an alcoholic) and stopped smoking 20 years ago. I'm doing my best with all the other risk factors but still struggle with my weight.

Has anyone had any problems with their memory being affected? I've read and read, web search, etc. I'm still trying to figure out if it's my thyroid, something else, or another RX causing the problem. Sometimes it seems like it's my thyroid and the RX for it helps, then it slips back again . Any suggestions? I am currently taking Synthroid and I was on Levo. I've had my doctor prescribe T3 also but I've stopped that because of migraine issues.

Just because your husband's thyroid test results are within the so-called "normal" ranges does not mean they are adequate for him. The ranges are so broad that just being in the lower half of the range frequently results in hypo symptoms. Many members say that symptom relief required Free T3 in the upper part of its range and Free T4 around the middle of its range.

First response says it can say you are pregnant 6 days before your missed period however what is the percentage of accuracy?? Can it give a negative test but be a false negative?

I just got the results bakc form my neuro-pysch testing today. They told mne the testing involves the initial visit with the psychologist to determine what areas need to be tested. My main concerns were memory and losing the inability to multi-task efficiently. My testing only took 2 1/2 hours. It was extremely frustrating to me.
