Hey another question - what does the CD thingy mean on my home page? i don't understand any of the lingo yet. mine says 21!!?? is that good or bad!!? confused.

s a simple blood test. I wished I had known this becausae I had CD for 10 years without knowing it. Some people have symptoms, but I didn't. People with CD can not have wheat, barley and rye. Also, what's important is that with CD you can have so many symptoms and one of them is memory problems. I hope you have the blood test. For the clomid challenge test my RE did did my FSH bw on cd 3 & then rechecked on cd 10. After that he always does it on cd 3 to make sure it isn't going up.

i usually take opk test around 8pm. so if u think u r ovl on 22nd. just test around 8pm (not to take any fluids atlest 2-3 hrs b4 u test). still the result is -ive. then test the next day. its all depends on ur CD's. my cd's r reg 28th so i ovl on cd 14th. i get positive on cd 13th. BTW i would recomend you to use a clear blue easy digital opk' coz its easy to read. strips sometimes get confu. Good luck :) n' give us update.

Yes, you can have a negative CD blood test and a positive biopsy. I did. I had a follow-up biopsy six months later that further confirmed the first positive biopsy. I had no symptoms at the time. Not all blood tests are equally sensitive. I think that the one most used now, the most accurate, is TGG. I can't remember what it stands for. Friday was my CD 13 scan and it showed two follicles one on each ovary. Not sure of sizes. I have been using ovulation test since my scan. They were all negative til CD 16 I had a positive at 12:30 pm that day and then that night I took one at 7 and it was negative then again at 10 the same night. The next day CD 17 at 11:40 am I took one a nd it was negative took another at 2:19 and it was positive then took one at 8:39 and it was negative.

If anything, more likely on a memory stick, if you bring the stick and the equipment is set up for that. They might also be able to send it by email, but I don't know if they would. If nothing else, they can certainly print you some pictures.

What the heck is a CD-19 test used for? How does it relate to MS? Please explain: This is a new one for me (or maybe I just forgot) - either way, I am clueless as to why a CD-19 test should be performed and also what the results of such a test reveal - and I'm intrigued. Then for the next month I started a few days before that CD and only had to test for about a week. Typically I dont ovulate the exact same CD each month so giving myself a few days to a week of testing makes sure I catch it. Also once you start to see around which CD you ovulate, you tend to start noticing changes in your body when youre getting close. Now I can feel it coming, test for a day or two and get the possitive.

I am on effexor and am experiencing memory loss. I have been on it for years at 225 mg I am a practicing bulimic, recovered alcoholic, ex smoker and exercise regularly. You need to have some gluten in your system to test. You can be gluten intolerant and not CD, which sounds like what may be happening with you. I have hashi (opposite of you) and have heard gluten can effect your thyroid in different ways. I have alot of the same symptoms as you and tested neg. The doc said I was just gluten sensitive. ve been trying to conceive unsuccessfully for a few months, and she decided to do an FSH test and a 21 progesterone test. (The FSH test came out normal) She explained to me that the 21 progesterone test had to be done on day 21 of my cycle. I explained to her in detail that my cycles are around 36-37 days long, and I typically don't ovulate until cd 24 or 25. (I have confirmed ovulation by using OPKs and BBT) She still had me get the 21 progesterone test done.

Actually, the CD will only take a few minutes to prepare and radiology has it at their fingertips. Medical records is the one that takes longer. Sometimes it helps to call Medical Records before you make the trip to find out their policy. Some will fax a Release of Medical Information to you to fill out so the report wil be ready when you arrive.

So if you have a 28 day cycle, ovulation will occur around CD 14. If you have a 35 day cycle, ovulation will occur around CD 21....

What I did was copied all the files from the CD into a folder on my computer, then copied that folder on a blank CD. Then if I ever did lose a CD I could just make a new one. If you have two disk drives you can just copy one CD onto another.

Still no period and tomorrow is cd 49! I'm planning to test in the morning. Prepared for the worst, hoping for the best.
