Update. I only had 2 margaritas with a meal and about 3 glasses of water w/ dinner so I don't think it was dehydration. And the massive head ache was confined to the lower left back area of my head where all of my symptoms have been for the past 5 weeks. This morning, out of the blue, my nose started bleeding. JUST out of my left side. I immediately called my Dr's office.

My mother had a very low cortisol level and it was caused by Addison's Disease. Later she got Hashimoto's as well Type I Diabetes. I would say that maybe a low cortisol and a high TSH together might be cause for a high starting dose of thyroid medication. 150 mcg to start is quite high. Your doctor obviously has a reason to start you on the high dose.

this morning, I will have the remaining images taken and then await the results from the doctor. I had an appointment today, as well, to follow-up on my ultrasound and recent bloodwork. Apparently, everything was normal again, across the three sets of bloodwork that had been done over the past three or four weeks. My TSH went from 1.58 to 2.77, though, and as of last week, my thyroid antibody levels (TPO and TG) were within range.
I mean that they paced in front of my door and I had a heart monitor and blood pressure every 5 min. I truly believe they messed me up bad and I would like to know just what happened ...I am still numb in both hands and feet. It is only getting worse since now I have pain everywhere in my body. Actually that is when all the back pain started..HMMM? Of course, they cover their hides with the statute of limitations..conveinient..

My doctor is the one who prescribed the Naproxin. He is aware of course, that I have high blood pressure. He said controlling the blood pressure is more important than my hands feeling better. He said if I have a stroke, I won't care if my hands hurt. But I think the Naproxin is raising my blood pressure. So if you are staying away from all anti-infammatory medications, what are you doing for your arthritis pain???
Problem is it started shooting up my blood pressure quite high so had to come off it.. My questions is will all meds of this type do the same thing.
Keep in mind that my EBV was high, and I tested positive for parvovirus. Well - I had a bad morning so far today and can not wrap my head around what is wrong with this body of mine since my "normal" blood is always normal. Today I am getting numbness / tingles in the outer fingers (ring & pinky) in both hands that travels up the outer / side arm (and under) and on my left arm, stops at the elbow. On my right, it goes to the shoulder. It feels like something crawling at times, I don't understand it.
I am no longer in pain, have no shortness of breath unless I reach some level of exertion, rare coronary spasms, mild to moderate chest pressure and occasional chest tightness that requires nitro SL in addition to the 24/7 three 0.4 mg nitro patchs I need to wear. My heart and other body parts are extremely healthy. I have my moments where silly minimal exertion brings on chest tightness and slams me up against the wall! It's all about exertion and stressors.
I know that I have osteoarthritis, mild osteoporosis, volatile blood pressure. Other than that I am pretty healthy and 62 years old. At this point, I am reasonably sure that a nerve is spasming for some reason and the possible causes of the spasms are brain farts (epileptic like events or migraine like events) of some sort, a bone spur, muscle tension, a blood clot that acts like a bone spur by impinging the nerve somehow.
Hi and Welcome Tramadol Warriors, Please come on in and make yourself comfy. All are welcome.

I'm 53 and I have been battling with pimple type festing bumps in my head, behind ears back of neck in hair line. I was and clean up daily. I have fought several Staph infestion over the last 3 years, never had it before that. I've been to GP, and Dermertoglist. I will add my Rx, and med history below. Every time the Dr. would put me on Antibotics for my staph, and about a 1-1 1/2 all the bumps in my head would clear up. After about 2 weeks after stopping they would come back.
