Avatar f tn Do not worry...your son saw the movie The Santa Claus with Tim Allen. Great movie for kids!! Watch it and see for yourself. It is literally a movie about a kid's parents divorcing, and one night the sun is having to stay over with his dad and Santa Claus dies after he falls off the roof and his father turns into Santa Claus in the kid goes to the North Pole and sees all the Elves and the reindeer Etc. So don't worry it's just a movie! You guys should watch it together!
Avatar n tn This does sound more like a girlie-thing, yes. My dog sometimes carries her squeaky toy around, and carries it to bed, and cuddles it. It's a mother instinct thing. I'd think it's rare for a male dog to do this? Perhaps the bunny (and reindeer) are like 'security-blanket' objects for him? Perhaps when he was in the pound, this toy was his security, a familiar thing for him. And he's going back to that feeling for some reason.
172023 tn?1334672284 I always used to tell my children (when they were small) that Santa will be SO full of cookies by the time that he gets this far around the world...that he won't be hungry anymore. "We'll just leave him a glass of milk and some carrots for the reindeer." Of course...then I had to make little hoof prints leading to the plate and some 'carrot crumbs', but they loved it!

479244 tn?1271563659 The naturopath I went to said the B-complex was only toxic in mega higher doses than that for a longer time, but now you have me concerned; he's aware of my liver disease (I now think I'll get another opinion or opt for a lower dose B-omplex) I think for bloods you need the B6 as well as the B12 - I used the B12 drops prior to tx but now just take the B-complex (and not every day because there is B in my 'no iron' multi-vitamin also)

Avatar m tn Although I visited ophthalmologist for this question I was not persuaded that Pegasus would not interfere my Uveitis negatively. On the other hand, hepatologist told me that I may take corticosteroids if my Uveitis gets worse. I saw the post by Willy50 in this thread http://www.medhelp.org/posts/Hepatitis-C/HCV-Clinical-trial/show/1414377 . So please does anybody knows something about this? I mean corticosteroids plus Pegasus ?
649848 tn?1534633700 Seen a reindeer the other night. Cute little stocky deer, more of a model than a worker, he was there for the kids pics. Of course the horses were doing all the work -pulling the sleigh of kids around in the snow. I seriously think Santa could increase his payload capacity if he hooked up a couple moose to the team. Just a thought for next year.
Avatar f tn We made an ornament with our other boys thumbprints as reindeer and then added their birth years. Then I added an extra small print with next years date. Hopefully, the grandparents will get it.
Avatar f tn examples of insoluble fiber are wheat bran, carrots, pumpkin, zucchini, sweet potatoes, spinach and celery. the speeding up of the transit time is good for mega colon, however again you will need to be sure she empties her bowels frequently so the increase in stool size doesn't further stretch her bowel. therefore moderation is the key. your earlier post regarding lactulose. Its safe to give up to 2mls by dropper followed by 4mls of water, the water is very important.
Avatar f tn I don't go to the doc for another 10 days but I've been doing some checking and I'm not sure if I'm gonna be able to pay for treatment. I have transitional medicaid and it pays for 3 scripts a month. But I don't know if there's any limitations on what scripts it will pay for. Has anyone here been able to get on any government disability programs like through social security or through the state? Does anyone have any info on programs to help pay for meds?
Avatar f tn Lucybear, you post and post on pregnancy forums with this question, when this is really more a question for an OCD forum or a phobia forum. This isn't about pregnancy, but about an obsessive fear you have. Have you considered discussing this with your doctor and possibly getting anxiety medication? Best wishes.
Avatar m tn Just got my Pegasus and co Pegasus. Was hoping just for just the Pegasus, But there was a study that said non responders faired no better than responders on there study. Why this applies to me I do not know. I am a relapser. This cost the insurance company big money. Any Ideas? At stage 4 i have no time to wait. Have had the same issues getting into the studies. Relapser. Life can be hard at times.
