it has the option to run on batteries or plug in the wall. the material on the swing is so soft and can be washed in the washer. it has different speed settings and the swing can be turned positions to swing different ways. it gives you the option of music or nature sounds and if u want the mobile to spin or not. also the motor inthe swing is quiet compared to other swings. I love graco stuff but looking at the swings graco makes they arent as nice and you get less for the money.

I have a Peg Perego Prima Pappa Diner and it is one of the safest and the best. I have Medina in it in one of my pics. I researched alot because she couldn't really sit on her own then (now she sits up for a few secs but only when put in the position). There are three reclining positions so you can start from 5 months or for babies that can't really sit up on their own. It has a five-point harness and can be adjusted into seven height positions. It's pricey but well worth it.

t think it will help but it could go for either or in my opinion. I just got done planning my baby shower with my bestie. Were going to rent a little room from the local park area. Have it Dec out in safari stuff. the guest will be dressed up as they are going on a safari hunt. Kinda copying the rainforest cafe with the decor. Background will have jungle noises and such. Should be pretty cool.
