Hi, im only 17 years old and over the past few months i have had trouble with staying awake behind the wheel. it happens mostly at night or in the morning. i've tried everything from blasting a.c. to having someone talk to me, and the urge to sleep still happens. i've been fortionate enough to not have an accident yet. and although i dont have any medicals conditions that im aware of i still feel awfully young to be having this happen.
Once or twice i saw like a jaguar come towards my face as if it was going to bite me. I have been bitten by a dog before. I also have imaginary worlds in my head, and my friend in my head is the main character. It is like I am narrating a story in my head. I even have a continuous story in my head in which i am the main character, and horrible things happen. So is it normal for me to have all these strange things in my head? Are these things effects of schizophrenia?

today we were taking a patient on a wheel chair and i got scratched from the wheel of the wheel chair and started bleeding now the problem is just before i got scatched my co worker also got scratched from the same wheel of the wheel chair and he also had bleeding
now what is my risk if my co worker is hiv positive.

In 2005 i went to sports medicine doctor and he dignosed me with muscular skeltal disorder saying my neck is hypermobile he sent me to physcal therepy which did not help at all, my neck and back was so tense they had to give me cortozone shots as well as shock thepary . Also my hips are uneven every time they try to put them in place within seconds the pop back out. I have also been told that my rib pops out of place. My question is what could be wrong with my back will I need surgery?
Maybe you could do something that hits a middle ground between macho and Disney? Like, a lick of animal print (jaguar print in the color of your choice, like yellow and white?) or something like that? I don't mind Winnie, the yellows often used as background are sweet and babies seem to wake up so happy in bright rooms.

I need some advice on a matter that is really freaking me out. I hope you can help.

(100 mg. pill, and a 30mg. pill)-3 times a day. I understand it's less pills at 200 mg., but it's also a much higher dose to take 200 mgs. 3x a day, than 130mgs.
